I stay in homes all over the country for work and this is probably in my top 5 favorite! So clean and comfortable. I love the design aesthetic so much - super cool and modern. Everything was perfect. Would recommend this property to anyone for so many different types of trips - family, couple's getaway, work or whatever, it's just a great place. The property was gorgeous and helped make for an amazing vacation. Rancho Santa Fe is accessible but quiet and a wonderful location to spend a holiday. The layout of the home is open and extremely comfortable. We would definitely come back to this location!

We found this property while looking for a special place to stay for my wife’s birthday. This home proved to be all that and more! From the amazing design and indoor/outdoor living with the fully open glass wall, to the resort like pool/spa and fire pit areas, we truly had everything we could want while staying here. Add in the privacy of the neighborhood and large property, and this place proved to be the perfect spot to unwind for a long weekend. 100% would stay again.

I've stayed at many Vrbo's and I must say this was the absolute best one! Great host and absolutely beautiful house. Everything from furniture to silver wear was top quality! Will definitely stay here again!!

Great property, we had a fantastic time. Celebrated my wife's birthday with family and friends. The pool was a huge attraction and the house is amazing as well. Also golf nearby is a bonus. 5 stars all around.

This house is better than the pictures! It truly felt like our home away from home. We cooked a lot while we were there, and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The layout of the home is another fantastic feature. Each bedroom having an attached bathroom is such a nice bonus! The amenities outside are the icing on the cake. We swam everyday, and used the jacuzzi in the evenings. My daughter got plenty of use out of the trampoline, and we made up putting games on the green. We used the house iPad to play music through Sonos all day long. Loved that feature! The property manager and home owner were very responsive when we had a question. I would absolutely stay at this property again. Loved it, and hated to leave!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay in this home. It has been renovated beautifully, with big open spaces and fantastic outdoor areas. My two grandsons loved the trampoline and putting green, and we all enjoyed the pool, spa, and fire pit. The house is clean and well equipped, including kitchen supplies as well as games and books. The location is suburban and a little remote, so it's quiet and peaceful, but it's within a 30 minute drive of downtown San Diego and nearby beaches. Check-in/out was easy and the house manager was readily available to answer any questions. We loved our time in Rancho Santa Fe and would love to go back and stay in this house again.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for my daughter’s birthday. It was absolutely perfect: very comfortable, clean, stylish and scenic. It has something fun for every age group as well. The host and house manager were both very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend to everyone and we can’t wait to come back and visit again.

I organized this quick getaway to escape weekends that had become quite mundane due to travel restrictions in place because of the pandemic. My children had hit a couple early milestones entering their first years of middle school and high school and really missed out on celebrating and a real summer vacation. So, I booked this fabulous property and invited their cousins and my sisters to join us, and we have never been as pleased with an Air BnB as we were with this slice of paradise in Rancho Santa Fe. The pics were 100% accurate but didn’t really convey just how roomy the home is. Having bathrooms off of each room was so convenient. The multiple media rooms kept everyone entertained in the evenings. We’d planned on leaving to checkout the Wild Animal Park or the beach one of the days, but the pool and trampoline and other amenities provided more than enough to keep both the kids and the adults occupied. So, except for a quick trip out to the cute downtown area to grab lunch and dessert, we spent our entire time here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Not only was the property super clean and beautiful, but the communication with the property manager and homeowner was excellent. If we ever come back to the area, we’d certainly choose this place as our launching spot again! Top-notch!

We can not rave enough about our time on Market Ranch. The house was spotless when we arrived. The pool was glistening, the direct welcoming and the trampoline bouncing! It was probably one of the most relaxing family vacations we have ever had. We will be visiting the ranch often in the future. Thanks so much to our hosts who made everything perfect.

Fantastic all around. Loved the flowing, single-story ranch layout. Pool is amazing, especially with the putting green and outdoor shower adjacent. The little valley behind it provides both views (we saw hawks and other beautiful birds every day) and ample space between you and neighbors. Sonos installed in all the right spots. Really thoughtfully designed throughout. The neighborhood is secluded and rural feeling, but you're a short drive from incredible beaches and surf up and down the Encinitas coast. Most importantly, Jeff and Cris were super responsive and made it all easy. Our family is already talking about a return trip!

This home was spectacular! It was everything and more than we imagined. Luxury at it's finest, right down to the architectural details, automated systems and soaps. It was perfect for families. Our kids thought they were in heaven (and so did we). Jeff, the owner, and Cris, the house manager, were very responsive and organized. We didn't want to leave! I highly recommend this exquisite property to anyone looking for a luxury get-a-away.

We had a fabulous get away that was much much needed. Our kids had such fun playing in the pool, putting on the miniature golf course, bouncing in the trampoline and roasting marshmallows every night. It was so nice to sort of forget about the world’s problems (if only briefly) and have some laughs and smiles.

House is gourgess and amazing in a beautiful location. Highly recommended.

It has been our family tradition to get together between Christmas and New Years for over 10 years. Locations have included Napa, Banff, Whistler and more recently Palm Desert and this year Del Mar. We are now 10 people with 6 adults and 4 kids from 3-10. We have typically rented homes and chalets, so we have many comparisons. I would put this property in the top 2 . The location offered us multiple and varied activities and we were never more than 15-20 minutes away. The kids rated Lego Land and Solana Beach (Boogie Boarding) as their favourites, though the pool and trampoline were high on the list. The lot size was exceptional and made for a very private place where even a vocal 3 yr old would not disturb a neighbour, which reduced the stress level for all. The home itself is also exceptional with a wide range of outdoor and indoor spots to sit and relax as well as a top of the line kitchen and an espresso machine that was constantly re caffeinating all of us. The owner made himself available and responded quickly by text to any questions that we had as we got settled. We would highly recommend this property to anyone, and particularly to a large group like ours, as there is ample room for everyone. Unanimously approved!

I have no words to describe this rental. Everything was perfect! The house was very very clean. The electronic equipment is modern ( Japanese toilets, electrical appliances in the kitchen...) the pool is clean and spacious. The location of the house is ideal and not far from San Diego. And if we have any problems, Jeff's team is at your disposal. if I come back to San Diego, I'll take the house again

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this home. Home was well appointed and clean. An easy ride to the Del Mar Beach Colony and beach, Flowerhill Plaza etc. Our grandchildren loved the pool and spent a fun time in it after our morning trip to the beach. As grandma I loved the fact that there was an ourdoor shower with warm water with which to shower all the kids after a morning at the beach. Many other nice amenities as well.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was excellent. The house was clean, modern, and we enjoyed every minute of it. We spent most of our time lounging by the pool, relaxing by the fire pit, or at the beach which is only 15-20 minutes away. The owner was easy to work with and responsive if we needed anything, just like our first stay.

This home is better than advertised. Spacious with big bedrooms and a nice size pool. There is a large patio area with wonderful views. Jeff answered every question we had and was extremely quick in responding I would recommend this house to all families looking to be close to the Race track or Legoland Thanks again Jeff!

Jeff is just the best guy you could ask for! He really cared about our stay and you can tell he puts his heart in to all of his properties. This house is amazing. It's not one that grabs you off the bat, but within 1 min. of getting inside of it, you know that it's a special place. Truth is, the place was so nice and so private that we just stayed there most of the time. We BBQ'd and swam. Had a small family reunion right there! I think my favorite accent to the home is the Brazilian back splash behind the amazing 8 burner Viking stove! Just amazing!. We will be back.Just loved the place and the owner too.

We just spent a week here and loved every minute of it. The house has very recently been remodeled and is beautiful inside and out. The modern design and technology elements that have been put in it blend perfectly together, and create a very relaxing atmosphere. We loved the pool, it's salt water so no harsh chemicals. Jeff was very easy to deal with and get a hold of if we needed something. He's thought of just about everything, but was quick to respond if we had a question or needed anything. Location is excellent, as it felt very private but is 15-20 minutes away from the beaches and everything else. We will definitely be back!

This property is a hidden gem! The design and details are superb, but there is also wonderful sense of home and comfort. Jeff is so helpful and responsive. We will be coming back here as often as possible. Highly recommend!!!

We were debating between this home and a similar home in San Diego. We were so glad we went with this Rancho Santa Fe house. Though we travel often using vrbo/homeaway, I rarely write reviews. However, because the house is new it has few reviews to base a decision on - so I wanted to leave our opinion for interested renters. The home is actually better than the pictures and the layout makes the home seem much bigger than the actual square footage. The land is surrounded by lemon trees and pretty views (not ocean). There is plenty of space for kids to safely explore. Something that you can't tell from the pics but everything is high end and decorated/purchased with care. E.g. actual functioning bedroom drapery (vs. my vacation pet peeve of decorative only/sun in your face at sunrise bedroom drapes...). The homeowner was beyond responsive but not intrusive. To the point that he told me that he also has 3 houses in Los Angeles and if we visit there in the future, I would go out of my way to look up his properties. Another thing you can't necessarily tell until you arrive, the location was actually perfect for seeing all the San Diego area sites, many of which are actually located north of San Diego (aquarium, Legoland, zoo safari, etc.). We were worried about the traffic but following the normal tourist routines, we were usually traveling against traffic (if any, and it seemed manageable anyway). I would highly recommend this home for traveling friends/couples (while there is only 1 master, each room has a nice bathroom) or families. The house could accommodate 2 families. The only downside, it is a little bit of a drive to the grocery store. If you are picky about your groceries, visit Lazy Acres Grocery. It is a couple miles further down the road but totally worth it. Another question we had was if the pool was heated. There is a small heater clearly meant mostly for the spa. It will heat the pool but if it is chilly at night, it might take some time -- so discuss with the homeowner if that is something you need. (He may need to override the heating time limit and/or start heating before your arrival. BTW, he does charge for the extra propane cost if you choose to heat the pool. I noticed that this seemed typical for rentals in the San Diego area & seemed fair to me.)
