Frühstück war super und die Lage ist ruhig und entspannend.

Wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Amsterdamer City möchte,war es ein bisschen weit, war aber Grade noch erträglich.

People there are so welcome us to stay. Nice neighborhood and great access to the airport. The room is clean, and breakfast there is so nice.

The safe box is not available in the room. The top page of this property on Booking.com was showing in the icon, but actually there wasn’t .

Friendly staff who helped with room change due to stairs being too much for us and luggage and with room fan.

Terrible to take luggage up stairs especially if at 2th floor Parking poor and only 3 possible places so first in - can easily be blocked in when in a hurry to get out. No air conditioning making room on a hot day unbearable. Lucky we did not take our original room located basically in the roof.

This is a really nice little hotel in a residential area, but with good bus connections into Amsterdam. It's tastefully decorated, parking is easy, and it looks out onto a small canal (which is rather pleasant). The breakfast was the usual Dutch affair, plenty of cold meats and cheeses, with more available if you want it.

All good, nothing to complain about at all.

Beautiful location opposite a small canal, close proximity to bus transportation. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was very good. Simple, but good quality and eggs freshly cooked.

The girl on reception wasn’t very friendly. The room was smaller than expected and the terrace was actually a public space. But it’s winter so I guess that didn’t really matter. There was a large armchair in the room which didn’t really have a function except to take up even more of the limited space. No full length mirror, which when your only reason for being there is a social event, would have been preferable.

The only thing that's bad is that the hotel is a little far from the center and the transportation is very complicated .

Very comfortable bed. Room is not big, but comfortable. Good Internet. Cleaning every day. Smart TV.

No fridge in the room. Strange breakfast. For me was far from Amsterdam city center, but it's not hotels fall.

it‘s nicely located next to canal in the residential neighborhood of Amstelveen, about 10 min from the (small) center and 15 min from the bus station, room was clean, staff (not overwhelmingly) friendly

room is quite shady and small, very tight bathroom, almost no space between toilet and shower, no cabin door, bathroom is flooded after shower

the staffs are friendly, it’s a boutique hotel, so there is no lift inside. the design of the hotel is beautiful

the location is about 50 minutes by bus and train from the central unlike what was in booking being 1400 ft away.

Shower was perfect and the beds were comfortable. Location is 15min away from the airport.

It's a family hotel. Kids and family are pretty noisy. Parking is limited.

We have searched for the hotel in the last minute. Super location - quiet, Amstelveen is great suburb of Amsterdam. Since we had car, we had no problems to travel to city center. Nice staff, beds very good, everything clean. Good breakfast - eggs, cheese, salami, jam - everything.
