Cleanliness of the room. Dirty glass left in bathroom. Medicine left on desk. Housekeeping left our door open so our personal property was left at risk.

Nothing. The receptionist was unwelcoming. We'd booked a "De Luxe Double Room". Your site details describe "a spacious double room, 30 sq.m, Balcony, View, Kettle…". In reality this is a small (<15 sq. m) room in an attic. No room to swing a proverbial cat. Dated furnishings, no airco, a view over the waste facilities. When we asked why the room did not meet the online description, there was no reaction, other than to mutter "you've seen that on Booking.com". We asked for a different room, but they said they had no other rooms. They made no other offer. We decided to leave and find a different hotel. As far as I know they will refund the payment we had made on arrival.

The location of the hotel is great, but for this quality of room, way overpriced. Their staff are arrogant, inflexible, and unashamed of their poor quality. We've stayed in many better hotels, and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They need to consider their offering, and either reduce their prices, or upgrade their rooms. This is our worst experience of a Booking.com reservation.

The lobby, restaurant bar and entrance of the hotel are very modern and new and have A/C

Beware: the hotel is currently renovating all the rooms, so some rooms are new and have A/C other rooms are old and do not.

Rooms are a little noisy. The door couldn't close entirely so there was always some light in the room + noise from the hallway.
