Située presque à l'ombre du célèbre phare de Point Lonsdale, cette maison de vacances familiale récemment rénovée offre l'endroit idéal pour une escapade en famille. Une fois sur place, garez votre voiture et rangez les clés pour la semaine - vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à toutes les attractions de Point Lonsdale en quelques minutes. À seulement 200 mètres de la plage et des commerces, à 200 mètres de la jetée et du phare, et à seulement 200 mètres à pied du Surf Club et d'Ocean Beach.
Une cour généreuse à l'arrière est parfaite pour que les enfants jouent quand la journée à la plage est terminée. C'est une propriété qui convient le mieux à un ou deux groupes familiaux avec de jeunes enfants, et accepte également les animaux de compagnie
À l'intérieur, la maison comprend deux chambres avec lit queen-size et une chambre avec lits superposés pouvant accueillir 6 personnes sur trois lits superposés - dont deux sont des lits simples king-size. My partner and I stayed here recently for a weekend away. The location is fantastic! You can walk to the shops or beach in 2 minutes!
The backyard is a lovely, open space, perfect for spending time outdoors.
We loved the idea of the fire pit outside but unfortunately didn't have the firewood to do so. Other than that, we thoroughy enjoyed our stay. Just be careful driving into the property, a proper driveway would be ideal as we only had a small car!

Great no frills beach house in an unparalleled location. 5 minute walk to both the front beach/town or the back beach/lighthouse. Huge deck and fire pit area for relaxing after a day at the beach. The house itself is a bit battered from years of weather but inside is spotless, with an updated bathroom, WiFi and modern living. This is the second time we’ve stayed over the years and will definitely be back. Also dog friendly with a big enclosed backyard!

We just had our 5th stay at this place and we always have a great time. The location is peaceful and comfortable. It’s also the perfect venue to stay with canine family members too. We’ll be back again soon!

We had another great stay here. It is so close to everything that you can just walk and even with less sunny weather this time there was heaps to do and see. The best spot to go for a little family getaway.

We had the best time at this perfect beach house, the house was exactly as described and comfortable for our two families to stay. The back deck area was a favourite, it is a beautiful spot to relax with a book. The garden is great for the kids to play around in and lots of space for our furry friends as well. We couldn’t have had a better long weekend away. It is so close to the lighthouse and town which made it super relaxing and convenient. We would highly recommend staying here and we hope to come back soon.

The house was great for us and our dog. There are two outside lawn areas. Close walking to shops and lighthouse. We only used one of the queen beds, which was really comfortable. The other looked just as comfortable. Cooking facilities and utensils were also good. There are two outdoor tables, one under cover and one without cover, handy if it is really hot. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

House was everything we needed, great location, easy to use everything and understand instructions. Loved hearing the crashing waves as I went to sleep. Only trouble was getting car into property (as no drive way over curb)

What a gorgeous place to really getaway and unwind. We loved everything about this property... the vibe inside, a costal teal haven and the beautifully private and gorgeous garden and fire pit. The property was immaculate. Close to absolutely everything and yet still very quiet.
The host was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive.
Definitely will be back!

A really comfortable beach house that has everything you need. It is low maintenance, functional and easy to care for. Three good sized bedrooms, lounge and updated bathroom were all very good. The outside area is so pretty especially at night with the outdoor lights. A few minutes walk to the beach and shops which is ideal. I would highly recommend this house and so would our dog. Thanks Stuart for letting your property to us and letting us stay for a late check out. Much appreciated.

We loved our stay here, dog friendly comfy beds, secure fences,and the accommodation has everything, it was hard to leave.

Amazing location! Such a lovely cosy home which was perfect for our family and dogs! Loved the outdoor space and fire pit was just perfect for smores on a cool night. Parked the cars securely, and as everything was in walking distance from home had some great walks to the beach and the pier! A great stay!!

This property wasn't up to the general standard I've come to expect from Stayz properties. The house is tired and in need of some repairs but that doesn't excuse the dirty windows and excessive amount of stuff cluttering wardrobes, kitchen & laundry. Probably OK for a warm weather stay but not so good with the colder weather we experienced.

The location and facility for our dog was great, the building is seriously in need of maintenance, flywire screens and windows that open effectively. The house needs a good spring clean due to insects, flys and rodents entering the building.

Fantastic experience. The weather did make a difference though as we could enjoy the beautiful back garden. Great position too opposite the beach and really near to town.

Pretty good for the price. Everything was quite good. Room for improvement; vacuum lasted only 35sec each charge, BBq burners on the grill side need replacing and laundry sink taps dont work. Other than that we really liked the place..

Great location and great communication from the host. Linen is not provided, which I feel like could be easily fixed and is worth considering in future. Overall a really nice beach shack for a weekend away or mid-week getaway

We had a fabulous family holiday with our dog. The Backyard has a lovely sun-filled treed outlook. The deck and lawn are perfect as is the huge outdoor table and bean bags.

We had a great holiday in this lovely property.
It has all the necessary appliances to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable. Heater, dishwasher, washingmachine, dryer, fire pit.
It is a nice 10 mins stroll to the shopping strip, playground and beach.
Had some issue with the bins but was communicated with quickly.

Beautiful bright property, and being dog friendly we were able to bring our best friend along. The location was perfect and a good base to explore the bellarine peninsula. We made plenty of memories during our trip and will be back, absolutely love the area. Easy check-in, great communication with host.

A little too expensive for what you get. The house had a number of windows jarred partly open with wind blowing through which wasn’t great for the coldest weather Melbourne had experienced for this stay. This also isn’t very secure, so don’t leave anything of value behind if doing a day trip.
The crockery and cutlery was filthy, you also had to take your own sheets and doona cover, as well as tea towels, hand soap etc as not much was provided when the site advised it would be provided. Note you will be charged additional fees for cleaning when clearly the house had not been cleaned before we arrived. Not good when we’re still going through a pandemic.

We had a very nice comfortable stay. There was some confusion regarding the BYO linen which Stewart sorted out immediately. The property does need some running repairs - lights , toilet seat sliding door lock. Great location

Front door is a internal house door, leaving it to be very flimsy and sticky due to being weathered. Personal items of the owners scattered throughout the house, all timber window frames are rotted as this I know its not my house or should it be my concern but when we wanted a window open for a breeze in the bedrooms this was not a challenge I wanted to try as the damage that could of been caused would not be worth the hassle. Door lock on the sliding side door is a pain to line up to relock this also. Besides these issues the beds were comfy and the couches were good also. Dish washer didn't clean the dishes and always somehow put corn inside the dishwasher its self, not sure how as none of us eat corn. Probably won't stay here again on our next trip

We booked this property over Easter long weekend and everything was perfect. The check in was seamless, the house had everything we needed, and the layout of the outdoor area was a huge hit with our two small kids - especially the fire pit! Plus it was a short walk to the front beach and Lonny shops, lighthouse and back beach. One of the added bonuses was hearing the waves crash while sitting outside on the deck in the evening. Just sensational.
