The hotel did a wrong booking off my credit card. I tried to get the refund over several months but they didn't help me with it. Only upon arrival it got fixed, after 8 months. Thus, I cannot recommend the hotel.

Great location right by the train station. They didn't bat an eyelid at us taking our wet bikes up into our rooms. Nice, clean rooms. Good value for the price. Nice shower.

The woman working at reception and also in the bar dow stairs where we had breakfast was sometimes friendly but sometimes quite stand-off-ish. The rooms are quite small. But in general good value for money.

Extremely bare-bones hotel. For the price is excellent, but you get what you pay for. Rooms are basic, yet confortable. Modern, clean, all what you expect, but nothing more. They don't even give you soap, just a small bottle with "shower gel". If you want to explore the town and around and stay outside all day, it's more than enough.

50m from the train station, ample outdoor parking on the doorstep, easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés and bakeries / shops, very friendly and helpful staff.

The wifi was hopeless - although according to the staff, this is an issue in the whole town (not sure why this has to be, as one single household-gauge fibre-optic cable can supply a million-plus end terminals several times over with >100mbs bandwidth).

It says there is a hairdryer but wasn't.

The view from the 3rd floor is the best!

Room is basic but comfy and spacious Staff were super friendly You can leave bags before/after check in Decent breakfast in the bar downstairs

It was a little noisy in the morning when cleaning started but otherwise my stay was great

Located right next to the Puigcerdà train station and a 10-minute walk from the historic city centre, Hotel Terminus was well-suited to our needs. We were able to take our bicycles to our room via the elevator, and the beds were the most comfortable of our trip. No air conditioning but two large windows provided ample cross-ventilation. The nights are cool in summer so we had no trouble sleeping. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor and a bakery directly across the street, for croissants and pastries. There are also bicycle shops a short distance away, which was super convenient.

Quite a bit of street noise because the hotel is close to the train station and on a rather busy road. But it didn't prevent us from getting a good night's sleep, and after awhile you don't really notice the noise.

Good hotel next to railway station. Very comfortable bed, good walk in shower and clean. Recommended.

Location proximate to the train station and city center (reached via a free elevator and tram). Hotel was clean and room serviceable, good bathroom.

A bit noisy (hallway noises, other guests) and wifi was spotty in my room. No breakfast.
