this should be a 4 star hotel, very please with our stay

clean tidy and modern pools were big we went as a couple but would definitely go with the children

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Floresta. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. A bit small maybe but perfectly adequate. The bed was very comfortable. I was really impressed with the cleaning staff who gave the room a thorough clean every day even though it didn't really need it. We don't tend to do hotel food but had the evening buffet on one occasion and it was very good. The pool bar was excellent value.

I don't quite know why they clean the room so thoroughly, mop the floor and change towels every day. Could be seen as a positive but I saw it as a bit excessive. Not really a gripe, just an observation. It's a big resort and, as such, many appartements won't have a pool view (or any view for that matter). Might be worth checking beforehand.

Great facilities, lovely buffet breakfast each morning and very clean. Located beside Los Pocillos beach, close to supermarket, bar and restaurants and bus stop for airport or Puerto del Carmen centre or Playa Blanca located on road outside. Very enjoyable stay.

The start of centre of Puerto del Carmen is about 20/25 mins walk away which didn't bother us as plenty of bar and restaurants nearby but might be a problem for someone looking for a hotel closer to the centre

Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Great service, great personnel, very kind, food processes. I loved the small villa style of the rooms - I don't like the huge 15 levels hotels. Very clean. We could really relax.

Some of the facilities were a bit worn-out, but nevertheless all was clean.

Volume of loudspeakers during afternoon activities was a bit excessive.

Excellent location. 2-3 minutes from the very long sandy Beach. Many shops and restaurants around.

Loud music (show) from the hotel next door during the evenings.

The pillows

In quiet area, helpful staff, comfortable beds, very good breakfast.

Pillows a bit hard, no separate gluten free toaster, high risk of cross contamination as there was only 1 toaster for whole dining room at breakfast.

Hotel was located close to beach, shops and bars. The apartment was a lovely size also pool area was kept well maintained.

We stayed for 7 nights. The room was cleaned but unfortunately the bedding was not changed once during our stay. We paid for half board unfortunately the food was not hot or even warm. Not much selection for vegetarians unless you want to eat salad daily. Food was rather disappointing. If you wanted wine in the evening with your meal it was from a beer pump just little the beer. Only 1 chose of beer also.

Lovely family hotel

Breakfast was good but overall not a huge choice. Would book to stay here again as apartment was fabulous but wouldn’t go all inclusive.

Food variety could be better.
