Os funcionários eram extremamente educados, sem exceção. Nos trataram como se estivéssemos em casa, foi uma experiência perfeita. O café da manhã era muito completo, tudo muito bem feito, enfim, a estadia foi perfeita!

The hotel is in a good area on beach front. The price is a great value. The hotel is clean and decently maintained. The included breakfast is amazing.

The elevators are out of synch and don’t entirely cooperate with the button commands.

The staff was really nice and kind. The staff was good and brought me to another room and got a bit better.

The room was old and outdated. The airconditioning was not working well. It didn't get under 23.5, even when I let it run for 20 hours. The bathroom is very small and not made for tall people. The shower is too low, when sitting on the toilet the knees touch the wall (I'm 1.90m). The breakfast was disappointing, the quality of the food wasn't so well. Only the fresh prepared food is good. The bed was very hard.

All the staff was very friendly and very keen to solve any issue I was facing. The breakfast was top notch.

The TV channels have poor quality: I think it's not even an HD resolution. The air conditioner doesn't reach the temperature it is set for. The lighting could be improved, too.

The bed was 2 beds combined into 1 and the center of the bed was hard and hurt. The bath was ill designed and hard to use the toilet and get in and out of the shower.

Beautiful beach view! Rooms were clean! Staff was nice!

The fact that the AC didn't work

the hotel have great location,I try to make a late checkout that normally must of the hotels give you at list two hours complementary,I didn’t have no even the option to pay for it,what makes me really upset.

it’s about the location

the rooms were dated and pretty dirty. all the windows facing the sea view were dirty. the sheets were way too small for the mattress so we ended up sleeping straight into the mattress.

The extra bed which we did not request took up too much room and left no space for bedside cabinets.

Cleaning! We stayed 2 days at the hotel and nobody came to clean the room, change the towels... so sad .

We booked a cheaper room with no ocean view, however we got an ocean view room for the same price. It was a very pleasant surprise for us. Very good location, on the main promenade and the ocean

The rooms need renovation. The furniture is very old. On the day of check-out, we rushed to the plane. The front desk lady told us to wait because someone from the hotel had to check how much bottled water we had drunk. Nobody checked it, and the reception lady came up with some kind of cosmic amount, which she made us pay. She didn't ask us how many bottles of water we had drunk.

WiFi didn't work properly. Loud dance music starting from 7am right outside the window. Air con didn't work properly. The main light in the bedroom didn't work. The rooms were half cleaned - bed not fully dressed/towels taken but not given new ones. Very expensive for what it was. I thought I would spend more to have somewhere nice to stay in a city that I didn't know but it was not worth it

The swimming pool, has only couple of hours of sun everyday. 6 reais for a bottle of 250ml of water is bit expensive.
