Breakfast was busy, pay extra for the Executive Lounge as it is a far nicer experience

It is a very nice hotel with great location and near to pubs, restaurants and shops. The breakfast was very fresh and nice with a lot of varieties to choose.

The lack of hooks in the bathroom.

The hotel was so nice, staff was welcoming and helpful. Facilities were okay too. Breakfast was excellent, with so many options (vegan too). Bed was really comfortable. TV has screen share which is also nice. Restaurant was so good too.

Our bath was broken but seemed like a punctual problem. So nothing bad really.

Very central, from airport, Gothia cup locations and any other public transportation.

Area is a little 'soulless', and a little too busy at times. Hotel itself is ok if a little outdated.

Loud. The receptionist that was in the reception when I arrived had a personal conversation and left me waiting about 10+ minutes before another receptionist came out from the back and got me checked in(this receptionist was very helpful and nice!)

Excellent staff who were very accommodating and professional. The hotel is nicely located in the heart of Gothenburg. Maybe investing in some sound isolation would be good though. The street and park lane were quite loud despite of the windows being closed.

Cleaning could be improved. We found half melted medical capsules under the bed and cobwebs/mildew.

The location of the hotel!

First the receptionist. She wasn't so nice as we expected... She look at the booking and gave us the keys only. She saw us with 6 travel bag and even like this place us in one of the hotel room that had a lot if stairs to go from the elevator to the room. We travelled 32 hours flight and had to carry everything up when there is a lot of room that just need the elevator. The room was beautiful but so cold because of the roof was in glass . We reported it in the check out.... but we just listen like " oh....really?.... Better staff and better condition to an hotel that it's on the "heart of Gothenburg".

We like the rooms and my daughter like the extra bed provided for her. Pool plus sauna was amazing experience, we enjoyed a lot. Delicious breakfast

You could have left the brouchers of main attractions in the room itself. I found it myself the last day somwhere in basement or lobby.

Very good location! Good staff. Bag storahe is availiable. Breakfast was good, but specific. We found food for us 😁. Please, put more nutella 😂😂😂😂, it looked like it was the best product for children! and pancakes! Thanks!

Extra bed was the worst i have ever seen! 🤦‍♀️ why not to make extra bed normal? The room and carpet was not very clean. Using extra bed helped me to see all the dirt in the corners! Bed cover was not clean also. there was no shower gel in the room. Made reservation for 3 persons, but everything was x2! Cups, glasee, towels. I think, if you ask, you will get extra staff, but why not to put things x3! if reservation is made for 3 persons?! Swimming pool needs reservation and not availiable after 16:00, if uou are with kids.

The location was central, close to everything, clean and well maintained!

My room had a few pieces of broken/damaged furniture, which didn’t affect me really. Since I was there for work, I need some outlets for electronics, but there was very little outlets in the room.

Our TV did not work well. A receptionist - EMMA - fixed it in pite of a considerable difficulty caused by upgrading of the system
