The hotel is in an excellent location. Close to the beautiful beaches, shops and bars. All of the staff were very welcoming and answered any questions we had. Pool areas were kept clean and there was a choice of sunbeds although many were out in the sun all day.
The pool side bar staff were friendly, but they could do with more than one person making cocktails in the evenings.
I am sad to say the food choice was a bit lacking. If you don't eat pork you would struggle on some days to have a choice. The lunch was way better than the dinner. However everything was replaced very quickly if running low. Just felt they could do better with a different chef. Snacks were either croissants or rolls. More options should be available and just felt as though they were being tight.
The choice of drinks on the all inclusive was poor and no cocktails. The queues in the evening for a drink were long as they only had one person making cocktails. We ended up going to local bars as we could sit and order a drink rather than queue for 15 mins.
They wouldn't fill our water bottles with water at the bar because they sold bottles of water! We ended up getting glasses of water and filling them ourselves. Which meant more washing up so not environmentally friendly.

Good quality for the money, quiet&relaxing place to stay. ~5 min walking distance to the beautiful beach of tigaki that has lots of facilities. Virtually at the middle of the island and a favourable starting point to visit other parts of the island.
Food could be better but it was fine for the money again, probably.

The staff were always happy and helpful.
The food was always cold, more orientated towards German ,Dutch etc.
Unfortunately our room had issues with ants.
Staff tried to sort these issues out but fell short.
Needs more entertainment, Greek night was good. .
Bar staff were excellent,

The pictures of this hotel don’t do it justice - is a lot more modern and larger than it appears.
Our room was fine; clean and had everything we needed (except for an iron but we loaned one from reception for a deposit).
All of the communal areas (reception, dining room, outside spaces) are modern and clean.
The pool area is lovely, with a nice big main pool and the pool bar is modern and well stocked; we never had to wait very long for a drink. Staff were really friendly and very attentive.
The main lady in charge of activities/entertainment is very friendly, and funny!
Lack of entertainment - several nights was just a woman with a laptop playing music. A couple of nights there were quizzes, and one night a traditional greek evening of music and dancing which was good, but apart from this there wasn’t a lot. We were especially disappointed at the lack of activities in the pool - there was only water aerobics, nothing really for adults to have any fun. Can’t comment on the children’s entertainment /activities.
The food was fairly basic and a little repetitive, but overall was okay.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. We got a room larger than we booked, and we got it immediately after our arrival at 10 am. It was very clean, and renewed (newer than shown on the pictures).
Hotel staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly, those guys made everything to make our stay pleasant and fun.
All inclusive was a great choice - the food was so good and the variety of it was great, too, for adults and kids.
2 pools, nice animation program, tasty cocktails in the evening and not expensive at all.
The huge sandy beach was 5-7 min walk from the hotel, where you can enjoy the sea in the day and best sunsets in the evening.
This was one of the best time-offs thanks to Gaia Village - bravo!

Beautiful looking hotel, pools where nice. Food was nice. Staff where lovely. Room had a lovely view. Close to shops and beach.
Under the beds weren’t clean, staff wash tiled stairs with hose and water and don’t leave a wet sign as I then fell down them and hurt my back and back legs. Garlic bread had a hair cooked through it which put me off the food which was sad as I was enjoying it.

The buffet was really good. There was a wide variety of different foods of which most were very delicious. You could tell that the drinks were stretched with water but were still enjoyable. It exceeded our expectations. For such a budget hotel you couldn't ask for more!
The bathtub was really dirty and the bathroom was smelly. The towels were not changed every day. Otherwise the rooms were totally fine and clean.
