Allgemein die Therme und das Hotel, bis auf die Sauberkeit in der Therme, die Brösel und der Dreck hinter den Liegen, da wird nie gesaugt oder gewischt. Sehr unappetitlich!!!!!
Die strenge Kontrolle der Größe beim Rutschen, sehr viele Gäste haben sich beschwert, kommen deswegen nicht wieder. Die Rutschen ab 130 cm sind weder gefährlich noch riskant. Meine Tochter hat drei Tage geweint, das ist nicht der Sinn von Urlaub! Besser in st. Gotthard. Da unterschreibt man als Erziehungsberechtigter und die Kids dürfen mit allen Rutschen rutschen. Viel besser. Ein weiterer Grund nicht mehr zu kommen, das nervte richtig. Auch die ständige viiieeel zu laute Animation. Leider keine gute Werbung allgemein.

reichhaltiges gutes Frühstück und Abend Buffet. Sehr grosse Auswahl an Speisen . Extra Buffet für Kinder.
Servicepersonal immer fleissig am nachfüllen und immer freundlich. Sehr sehr gut gewürztes Essen was bei anderen Buffets bei dieser Personenzahl oft fehlt.
Ich gebe dafür einen besonderen Daumen hoch
auch nach langem überlegen finde ich nichts zum aussetzen

Ideea de a avea mai multe facilități de agrement într-un singur loc.
Aglomerație. Cred că erau 3 copii la un adult. Gălăgie. La masă a trebuit să stăm la rănd să intrăm. Stresant. Asta în condițiile în care eu am 3 copii care au fost cu mine. Mizerie pe jos la masă și la piscine. Nu o să mai revin.

Hotel poznáme, boli sme tam už viackrát, aj sa tam vraciame, je výborné spojenie "kúpaliska" s komfortným ubytovaním.
Je na zamyslenie, či sa nedá nejako vyriešiť (doplniť) sieťka proti hmyzu na balkónových dverách.

The facility is very good: pools, spa, the saunas(though the sauna area is small). There is textile free area- also small, don't expect much. The water park is very nice for children. The meals are good for a hotel and the staff is nice efficient and helpful
There are no shuttles to the city and nothing in the vicinity, so taxis are the only option (there is a bus, but according Google maps the ride is 1 hour to the city, and not even to the center)

Aquaworld is an awesome place, especially for the kids.
The water park plus the ability to take half board gave us all the answers for a great trip .
The rooms were comfortable, good in size and clean.

The facilities at Aquaworld are fun for the whole family. The buffet dinner and breakfast are a nice additional benefit of staying here since there are not many food venues near. The spa facilities are very nice for relaxing and recharging. Prices for food in the park are high but servings are fairly generous. Staff are friendly and professional.
The beds are European which normally means small and a bit hard. But this is hardly a complaint, it's just part of traveling in the part of the world. The surfing water ride was not working and hasn't been this whole year for some reason. I'm not sure if repairs are planned but it looks the same as it did a few months ago. Other than that, all other amusement facilities were working.

Great Buffet all days for dinner n Breakast , Steam Suanas etc exceptional. Pools were heated lovely. Awesome Apartment clean huge 2 bed with 2 baths, EVen had A Pillow menu which we used

The facilities are good, specially for children’s. The apartments are good size, well equipped.
Generally the food doesn’t have much variety, also many dishes are was cold, and drinks are absolutely overpriced . Staff not really eager to smile, sometimes I felt i am in the airport service desk. The taxi fare from Ferihegy is a small fortune.

Everything was nice and clean. The room was cleaned on daily basis
the only thing that was a little bit off is that the room is not soundproof and you can hear everything from the hallways and outside and in the description is written otherwise. But it’s not that bad

the food : the lunch was the same with the dinner, and saturday we couldn’t have lunch in the restaurant we had the eat a hamburger at the bar
the pool area : a lot of rust.. the floor is slippery, our daughter cut her self at the leg in the stairs from the kids pool, we announce the hotel and the next day the stairs were the same ( it would take 2 minutes to fix it )

The access to the Aquapark is always nice. The breakfast is good enough. The price is right compared to another accomodations of it's kind.
The ventilator in the bathroom was broken and it didn't get fixed although we reported it. I always get nostalgic for the times they had elevators in the tubes area.....

This is easily 1 of the best resorts I’ve been to in Europe! Full of things to do. The kids loved the indoor waterpark. The facilities were clean. Food was good. It’s a 10/10 for me!
