Location was fantastic, pool was good, female sauna did not work properly, as people kept switching it off due to dysfunctional signalisation. Service was excellent, food was good, but average good for the high price it was served for.

Lovely and hip interior, very clean and the bathrooms were looking like new. Great breakfast. Great view on the Fjord. Outside area for eating if you wish, all with a great view.

Everything was excellent! Nice pool and saunas, great breakfast and coffee included, and they leave the machines on so you can pop back later for a recharge. All perfect. Nice walk through the forest down to the lake.

Steam sauna smelt a bit musty so it might need to be left open and sprayed with bleach sometimes.

The hotel is a bit remote from everything on a little hill overlooking the fjord. You would need a car / taxi to go to the city center. The wellness area was quite crowded.

The Easter 3 course dinner was a huge disappointment .I ate only half of the dried chicken but still felt that I had eaten too much. I had a stomach ache half the night. It looked 10 times better than it tasted. The bread and dessert saved the meal.

Great location in a middle of forest and big fjord nearby,place is a bit old but very clean and pleasent to stay with pool and spa area,breakfast is good and served in a fantastic panorama restaurant.

I liked the view we did have, across to the fjord and the hills, and we really did enjoy the well educated and curtasious restaurant staff, simply outstanding, and the food was perfect, coun't have been done better.

Did not like to have to pay for the view, that is what should have been included with the room. The hotel has an indoor pool and fitness, but no slippers or a robe. Thougt that was beneath the class they are trying to convey, also there was no mini bar nor safe. Other than that, all was in order.

Amazing nature around the hotel, a fjord view from our window. Exceptional service, very nice and clean spa all to ourselves.

Breakfast had many different options, and the view is great. We were able to use the pool and saunas a few times, it was a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and explained the area very well. The room is soundproof, so we had a very peaceful sleep. The casino experience was also very fun!

Children were using the pool during the hours that were meant only for adults.

Beautiful locations in the woods and very peaceful. I have been here some times before with my family, most of the time a very nice experience.

I wanted to buy a cup of coffee upon arrival at the bar/cafe in the lobby. A group of others were ordering wine by glass and only one waiter attending us all. When it was my turn he simply asked me to wait till he had served wine and drinks to the rest of the group" (some of them waiting in line behind me as it was "complicated to make the cup of coffee". I was very surprised by this complete lack of service! Then I went to the restaurant to ask for a cup of coffee, and they could not provide this they informed me. Just not good enough for this type of hotel!! Bedmatress very hard and not comfortable for a superior room.
