Very nice room with good bathroom. Excellent breakfast offerings. Helpful and friendly staff.

Restaurant offerings for dinner were quite limited so we ended up eating out.

The room is on a small side for 4 people with limited space to dry clothes after a rainy day; otherwise largely sufficient.

breakfast was the best we’ve ever experienced in a chain hotel

Our room was tiny for a family of four. The hotel was dated but still stylish and comfortable. A prominent member of staff was pretty disinterested in her work. I imagine staff will already know who I’m referring too. a kettle in the room and some tea and coffee making facilities would have made the stay more comfortable that said it was a cheap room.

The sauna and swimming pool were great, the breakfast was brilliant, the heated floor in the bathroom and location close to the ski slopes.

The room was a bit cramped for 3 people and needed additional hanging space for clothes and towels. The lights and switches were a bit awkward or located strangely. Found the bed and pillows a bit too soft.

restaurant is great with good menu and beers plenty of play area for kids and family breakfast is fantastik with plenty of choices

The staff was nice and we liked the breakfirst very much.

I was disappointed by the pizza in the Scandic restaurant. The taste and texture of the pizza was 100% identical to a prefabricate frozen pizza slice from "seven eleven". Eating a junk slice late at night is alright, but being on vacation and having a full size frozen pizza for dinner was horrific and weird. Actually it was a straight up scam because it was posted on the "menu" in the Scandic Hotel "restaurant" - which implies cooked dishes. The restaurant did not serve any of the drinks on the menu card, yet the decoration in the restaurant was dozens of bottles of liquor. The mens sauna was 70 degrees Celcius warm, my wife said hers was well above 90.

Great location, comfortable room and reasonable restaurant and bar.

No hot water in the shower. Half of the plug sockets in the room didn’t work. The staff were not really in a hurry to address either of these things!

Easy to find. Usual excellent Scandic breakfast.

No restaurant or bar in the evening. There’s an Italian restaurant just opposite. Popular with coach parties, there were three there the night I stayed. It was a hot night and many of the rooms are around the C formed by the wings and reception area. So when a sleepless coach tourist and friends decided have a cigarette at 4 am it sounded like they were in my room. “That’s not the hotel’s fault” you say. No, but it’s something that you’re likely to find if you stay there. And the crush for breakfast!
