Is about, everything.. From the f.o team, is easy to check in,room are clean and comfortable. Breakfast nice, a lot of variety, I like "kopi kampung" Chef are so approach, service team, including all trainee, delivered good service, hostess, lead us to table, almost warm welcome, location are nice, nearest to public transport, shopping mall, just near, about 500 meter, from hotel locations, smoking area clean, just in front of. Parking are easy, thumbs up for all.

The location was great just opposite of shopping mall.

We were deeply disappointed hotel staff service we received and the rooms/linen were disgusting most of important the beds were torn off which were visible and we took photos. The duvet were not clean/ seemed like not washed or cleaned for ages. when we highlighted the above issue with the management and we were told that manager will come to address our issue . We waited for over one day however no one from management to came to view the rooms and we were very very disappointed about Completely hotel service and facilities it's worse then 2 star hotel I have photos proof the rooms situation that we have spent time which was the worse ever hotel service we have received so advice to stay away. It's not safe as hygienically also. Avoided

tilam lama tak sepadan dengan taraf & nama hotel serta ada pengubahsuaian hotel di jalankan terdapat bunyi bising pada sebelah pagi hingga ke tengahari....sila maklum kepada pelanggan terlebih dahulu jika ada renovation dijalankan... terima kasih, komen yang jujur serta ikhlas.

The location is good—excellent breakfast with lots of options. The room was clean. Very helpful staff.

I was attending an event near the hotel, and it was very convenient for me. The location of the hotel is also strategic, with a mall connected to the hotel for shopping. The staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room was quite large, and the bed was comfortable too. The bathroom was spacious with good amenities provided.

The hotel appears a bit outdated and could benefit from a makeover. Waiting times for the elevators can be lengthy, especially during peak hours.

I like there location because this is not far from the all highlights but also not with in these means out of rush. Loots of options available in breakfast. Yes in there rooms they need to invest for future.
