The location was excellent opposite the beach and close to restaurants and activities. Breakfast staff fantastic and a shout out to Katty for her warm welcome each morning.

The Front Office Manager was an amazing person and he looked after his guests even in high volume of guests. I thank him for what he did to assure all guests are happy at the hotel and sure i will come back here and recommend others to do so.

At the first, many thanks and appreciation to the reception staff Ploy & Kate for their support, as well as all thanks to the house keeping staff for making the stay more comfortable, enjoyable and quiet. The whole atmosphere of the hotel, the proximity of the hotel to all the services you may need, the kindness of the staff, hotel facilities, living rooms, shower, the commitment to not smoking inside rooms and balconies, organizing breakfast.

Just it would be appropriate if some Arabic dishes in the breakfast buffet

Everything was exceptional, the room we stayed in was so clean and had lots of room. The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating to everything. As a first time trip to Thailand not having too much experience with the internal commute (e.g. taxis and places to visit) the staff were very helpful with recommendations and constantly asking if we are okay and need anything. A few people we had spoken to on the resort had been visiting for their 8-9th time and have stayed at the Hilton almost every time.

Timmy’s bar was amazing and he is an amazing person look after him I would come back to enjoy his company again overall the accommodation and location was excellent thanks for a fabulous time there

The only thing was the noise from the fireworks but understand there is nothing you can do about that and we did get used to it

The beds! The most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. The staff were phenomenal too especially Timmy at the pool bar. His local knowledge and experience and welcoming of guests was a memorable part of our short stay.

Although in a great location, Patong was very noisy and so there were fireworks going off at all hours of the night however we didn’t mind this so much just something to be aware of.

Air con in the gym kept pace with the heat. Poolside rooms are great if no one decides to use the loungers directly outside your room. Attractive pool with nice trees, felt like a little oasis in the chaos of Patong. Customer service was available over WhatsApp making dealing with any issues very fast and effective.

Odd mix of families and people smoking, drinking and playing music on speakers by the pool. I had a room above the ground floor and immediately upgraded to poolside when I saw it. If your room isn’t poolside it felt awkward to me to sit directly between a poolside room and the pool. If your room is poolside you end up opening your doors to a load of (very nice) kids partying 2m from your bed. Smoking, drinking and playing music from 10am in my case. Seems like a fun place if that’s what you’re after but slightly irritating if you wanted to read a book. The hotel does have a no smoking and no speakers rule by the pool but I was young once so I didn’t want to spoil the fun! When I moved into my room there was a corner of a torn off wrapper in the shower niche, 4 cleans later it was still there when I left. Pool was very shallow and hot. Good for kids I guess.

Great hotel in a super convenient location on Patong Beach. This was our 3rd time staying & this time, we upgraded to one of the premium pool view rooms on the top floor. Totally worth it, the bathrooms are really nice & we had a lovely sunset view. The swim up bar staff are super friendly & their beach front restaurant is really good too. Would stay again!

Dit was gewoon top van het begin tot het einde. Vriendelijke receptie. Onze kamer was proper, netjes en nieuw. Er was letterlijk alles aanwezig en zo niet dan regelt de receptie het voor je. Het ontbijt was top en voor ieder wat wils. Locatie was top!

Немного убитые номера, есть черная плесень в углах кабинки, стоки у душа были забиты и вода стояла в поддоне. Ну и мебель тоже повидала :)

I liked the bathtub and bathroom shower. I thought the bed was a good size and very comfortable.

The view from Room 1148 was terrible. We upgraded to this room only because we were informed our original room had no air conditioning. We were staring at the pool bar rear wall with not much view of the pool. We constantly had people walking past and looking into our room. We had no deck chairs outside our room like other similar rooms adjacent to ours. The room also had an odour that only subsided after two days. I would NOT recommend this room. The refrigerator was totally inadequate and did not freeze any ice.

طلبت من الاستقبال حجز سائق الى المطار فجراً وتم تأكيد الحجز قبل المغادرة بيومين وللأسف لم يحضر السائق واضطررت لطلب بولت خوفاً من فوات وقت رحلتي وأعادوا لي النقود واعتذروا بشدة !

Frühstückraum während Songkran total überlaufen. Zimmer roch unangenehm alt und Zusatzbett (90x180) war für eine erwachsene Person deutlich zu kurz

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is exceptionally clean. I stayed in the room with pool access, which was perfect. Tom makes the best cocktails at the pool bar.

No air con in reception. There was a slight dip from the bathroom to the bathtub which I went over on a couple of occasions.

The breakfast is good. the location is fabulous and the staff cleanliness is also remarkable. However the new staff at the reception is quite slow

The size of the room is really small and the way the rooms are laid out is extremely confusing. We had asked for breakfast to be packed, however they gave very average stuff.
