Easy to find, easy access for my 90 years old dad. Bathroom suiting is mobility and old age. Receptionist was very kind. Could not fault the food, convenient !

Great position for an overnight stop right next to the motorway, especially if you are travelling between the channel ports and the Mediterranean. Our room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. After a hot drive the bar was much appreciated.
There is a big supermarket, restaurants and a petrol station within 200m. All in all a perfect "pit-stop" on our journey south.

The hotel was OK once we found it, but the wrong identification was made on the map and took us to the Budget Issoire. Being tired after driving 12 hours we were told there was no booking and it must be the other other IBIS hotel in the town. We eventually found the correct one. The map shows the in the indicator symbol on the wrong hotel.

The choice at breakfast could have been better, however, it is realised that this is a budget Hotel, and therefore the choice is not going to be as good as others.

the hotel was just OK. The location close to the motorway and shops was good. Breakfast was very good.
The room we were given was not like the one advertised and was far more basic. The shower room was covered in black mould and despite being slim I struggled to sit on the toilet! I had chosen this hotel rather than the ibis budget over the road as I felt it might be more comfortable. The extra cost of this hotel was not justified

The room was warm and comfortable. We didn't have an evening meal or breakfast but had a very pleasant stay. The staff were particularly helpful and were able to down load and print a copy of our 'Passenger Locator Form' which was extremely helpful to us, top marks for that.
There was nothing we didn't like.
