Friendly staff all round good place. Would recommend it, short or long stay

Very old and dated, unkept and everything just looked shabby, people hanging round the front doors very discomforting!! No fan no toilet roll No net curtains, and to top it off in the evening all you could hear was someone shouting! We only stayed to attend a local party and will never return!!

Way to bedroom was a bit of a maze and lots of stairs but it's an old hotel.

showed us to room but didn't mention there was a massive step down into room I went first room was dark and I fell into the room into the bedside table knocking that and the phone - dirty everywhere Two half toilet rolls? Bad smell to point window open making us cold Pillows not clean Dirty marks all over wall Wall paper pealing off Smell of damp Shoddy wall fixes Curtain half hanging off rail Security lock on window broken! Wardrobe literally moves when using it Sheets had marks on Dust everywhere Bed wood sticking out of base of bed, every movement you make in bed made a noise Can hear downstairs and next room thumping about and talking Light bulb out on ceiling Deffinetly been smoking in the room fag buts on the ledge Shower head won't stay up in shower have to keep pushing it back up When i checked out there was no one there and talked to other people saying they had been waiting ages so left the keys in the box

Friendly staff. Lovely dining room and breakfast great. Rooms being refurbished but no problem for the time we were there, we booked 3 rooms. 2 rooms were fine. Room 6 unfortunately no TV, no full length mirror, view from window was flat roof full of cig ends but would return as improvements in motion.

The staff were brilliant and perfect location, they are new owners and I wish them the best of luck
