We booked a 2 bedroom apartment at the last minute. We were in the Harrington Room on the 5th floor. Excellent room for people travelling together but wanting a bit of personal space and privacy. The apartment also had a mini kitchen and a dining/lounge space with a decent sized bathroom. Nice views of Mt Wellington. Location also great, just a couple of blocks off the main street but all in easy walking distance. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The entrance to the car park is a little steep and parking spaces a little tight. Not an issue for a small vehicle but might be for a larger one.

The hosts were absolutely amazing and very helpful!

I thought the noise was terrible from the street . Little difference to the doors being closed to open for noise factor of cars .You need to double glaze .also we did not expect to be charged for parking . We stayed here because it advertised onsite parking.The air con was noisy and you could hear the outside unit running inside at night when on and other rooms. The actual rooms were good

We love that their are balconies and the location

The room was missing a desk that is normally in there and the bathroom floor always gets soaked when showering

the location is convenient, close to the mall and restaurants. Cleanliness and parking on site are great. Room size is decent.

noise (guests chatting early morning and door knocks late evening ) next rooms were a bit disturbing. toilet exhaust fan is quite loud, especially when turning the lights on in the middle of the night.
