Hotel is really clean. Staff really helpful and friendly.
No lift to upstairs, so have to carry the suitcase up.

Loved the staff, so friendly and attentive. Location was great. Decor was amazing, you could tell a lot of thought had gone into making it beautiful. On site restaurant and bar was great. Breakfast each morning was SO good.

What a treat, friendly staff happy to go the extra mile. Greeted with a smile on reception, restaurant and through out the property by staff.
Excellent food in the restaurant for lunchtime and evening meals. And a good choices for breakfast.
Coasters in the room to prevent marking the furniture when having drinks. Limited toiletries in the room.

The staff were amazing. Thanks to Angela at the reception who was kind enough to arrange a good seating for breakfast considering my child with a disability. The room was really spacious, it even had a dining area which made it easier to manage feeding with the children. It was clean too! The breakfast was amazing!! It was close to local tourist attractions.
