Location! Location! Location! Plus, value for money. This property is just a stone's throw away from the gorgeous Manly beach, near every activity and amenity you might need on your stay. It also offers INCREDIBLE value for money versus other breach-front properties. The room was clean and neat. The shower was sizable and strong.

While location is the plus side - location is also the downside of this venue. The gorgeous view from the rooms also means you can hear what's going on outside on the beachfront and buzzing streets. While you have the magical sound of breaking waves, you will also hear the late night party goers trying to track down a kebab and an Uber in the early hours, plus some of the early delivery and cleaning trucks. I may have been a little unlucky on the noise front as it was a festival weekend. However, you can't beat the value for money this property offers. So book this hotel, but pack a good pair of ear plugs.

We really enjoyed our stay so close to everything.

The location is excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable with basic kitchen facilities. Easy to access the building after reception closing time. A good place to stay.

The receptionist was professional but not friendly. The shower is very small and leaves water all over the floor. You need to store your clothing on the toilet otherwise it will get wet while you wash

Clean & comfortable room with a good air conditioner. Excellent location near the beach & manly corso.
