A comunicação conosco não foi efetiva. Houve um problema com o acesso ao spa e os atendentes não souberam informar quando estaria resolvido. Ao final, se resolveu,mas já havíamos feito outra reserva para outro hotel.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the shrine of Fatima. restaurant’s & cafes are a short walk away.
The beds were very comfortable with a selection of pillows and room also had a spacious bathroom with both bath and bide.
The hotel has a fabulous spa and each room is allowed 1 hour free.
The inflexibility and penny pinching let this hotel down.
There is no kettle in the room only a Nespresso machine with coffee pods that are chargeable - I have never stayed at a 4 star hotel where there are zero complimentary tea/coffee in the room ; including water.
The hotel wasn’t full; it was mid week, in low season but still on arrival at 1.30pm we were told we could not check in and to return at 3pm.
We wanted to use the spa and it was 16.50 ; we were told that we must wait until 5pm and could only enter on the hour - the spa was empty! Not another guest in there, either before or after we had finished!
I class myself as a world traveller +70 countries and have stayed in many, many hotels and this hotel strikes me as one where the staff require training in hospitality and customer service.
There was absolutely no empowerment to make decisions based on common sense rather than what the computer says!
Three very easy fixes would have made our stay excellent.

Loved the location and the friendly staff. Great value for money. The parking was great and the breakfast was excellent. Had the best salmon ever at Restaurante Bia which I would highly recommend.

the spa at 6pm was so full that was a bit impossible to enjoy. maybe is better to decrease the number of persons per hour.

I love the breakfast, so much variation to choose from and delicious, I used the spa and feel so relaxed. I also over enjoyed the massaging hot long chair, wonderful feeling.thanks,
The stimming room is not working as powerful as it should be, the fridge should be a bit bigger and no kettle for us to use for tea as am not a coffee drinker. I prefer tea but no hot water.

Everything was great. The staff was nice and polite, mainly at the restaurant and bar. We had a family room which was perfect for our family of 5. Having "two separate rooms" within the room was nice. Very central in Fatima.
The food was great both during breakfast and dinner. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were quite nice.
I had to call reception 3 times to get toilet paper delivered to the room and no one ever came to deliver it. I eventually found the room service ladies in the corridor and got this simple request sorted out.
The indoor pool was a bit cold - it didn't feel 30 Celsius.

Great continental breakfast and comfortable beds. The location is also very close to everything.
The spa has this rule where you can only stay for 1h due to the limitation of people. Even like that, I counted 7 chairs to sit on by the pool, but the number of people was 15. It was extremely crowded and full of children jumping and splashing all over around. Definitely not a relaxing experience. The rooms overall and the bathrooms could use some renovation.

The bed was comfortable and you can achieve complete blackout by using the shutters on the window. Breakfast was good and there's a lot of choice. The room itself was big and bathroom was good, although decor a bit dated. Spa facilities were very good.
Unfortunately this is a smoking hotel. We were given a smoking bedroom, which we didn't request and were quite unhappy about - in fact we were shocked such a thing exists. The smell was appalling. We had a neighbour whose room connected with ours who was chainsmoking in their room, which constantly filled our room with smoke. It was very oppressive. The staff moved us to a different room, but the communal areas are still very smoky.

The hotel is extremely well located, short walking distance to the town centre. Staff were super nice, great breakfast and the restaurant was divine!
Decoration feels a bit old, but since everything is well maintained I think one would call it classic. The Spa isn’t great but it isn’t bad. Mind you both these points are nitpicking, the hotel is great.
