Extremely spacious accommodation, lovely & quiet, easy access to the beach

i love location, very beautiful golf area, good kids facilities, good internal pool.

i was very disappointed with quality of villa. it is old, very old. old, dirty pool, dirty sofa covered with blanket because it looks really old.. i had big family event and rented several properties in Marriott hotel (villa, beachfront apartment and rooms in hotel). I checked villa before renting (1 month before) and i saw that it was dirty and some things are broken. i was told it will be fixed. it was not. The area of Marriott is good, but villa doesn’t meet basic requirements at all, especially for 4 star property.

I liked that the apartment was big and clean. Comfortable beds and a large area. There is everything necessary for life, and the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. It was also not noisy and we had the opportunity to sleep.

The minus for us was that we did not pay attention to the fact that this is a separate resort and there are no shops or small cafes nearby. Everything is about 20 minutes away by car.

The beach resort team was very helpful, and fast in responding to any question or need. It was a plus that there was a professional management company taking care because there was always someone available. The house was perfect in distribution and spaciousness.

The kitchen didn't really have all the proper amount of china, pans, etc. for 10 people house. The knives were very poor to cook, with few cutting boards, almost no bowls or serving plates, and few pans. If you plan to do cooking there it will be a bit of a stretch.

Staff went out of the way to find alternative solutions for WIFI issues and polite. The house was spacious and clean. Breakfast was fantastic.

It felt more like a rented house than that a proper resort. The house is in need of some TLC already.

Wonderful apartment. Very well equipped, comfortable, quiet and spacious with a beautiful swimming pool and large sun-trap of a terrace. Friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely come back.

The property was good , the house was amazing and well equipped, the pool was almost private, there is one pool per condominium and it was only us on saturday afternoon, everything was cleaned but there were a lot of flies annoying in the pool area, inside the house and in the entire resort, without the flies I would give it a 10, I still want to go there again for a longer stay.

The flies all over the place, but the rest was excellent.

Would suggest to have a later check out. Going for the weekend and having to check out at 10:00 is too early.
