Parking!!!!! So narrow. Worried every day I was going to come out to a mark on my car.
The tv and internet in the room were shocking. Kept disconnecting and ended up not being able to watch tv and use internet.

Staff were friendly upon our arrival and even upgraded our room for a view over the marina! Room was nice and clean, would recommend to friends/ family and will stay here again next time

Top location. Close to restaurants and easy walk to city. Comfy beds and great room facilities. Balcony.

Beds were comfortable
There was no hot water for three nights. With no ergency to rectify the problem. Air conditioning was leaking water on the floor, and we had to place a bowl down to catch the water. It's very noisy with renovations going on in surrounding buildings. Only one lift was operational for six out of our seven night stay. Lower level car parking has very tight car spaces and is not secured by gates. For the money spent, there are definitely better options available in Townsville

Excellent position/view, well equiped, efficient, friendly staff, comfortable bed & plenty of hot water.

The bed was like a cloud! Beautiful view and very easy to get to., once you found the driveway.
We had the 2brm apartment, which was great to be near family members but still have our own space.
Room 702 A (smaller room) had a musty smell. Maybe there was some wet carpet history? Was a bit concerned about black mould.

It's a bit of a walk to get to the strand or main parts of townsville (we did not have a car)

Tidy, clean, modern, private. OK location, a nice walk or scoot to the restaurants in the city - or little further on to the Strand. Fair value.
I am never sure what would necessitate including a window from the bathroom to the bedroom inside a hotel room?
Check in process is a little intensive, it could be smoother, simpler (and smilier), having provided all my details when booking.
Looks like some of the eateries in this street have closed up.

The room was well supplied with ammenities. Quite spacious.
The Tv didn’t work. We were given another room, thank you, but sadly the tv remote didn’t work properly.
There was water leaking from the range hood when we pulled out the light. Might need fixing.
