Very nice property, very good beach, excellent food and great service in the restaurant.

Room. We paid extra to upgrade from land view to partial sea view but instead got a view of concrete roof. They should never sell this 3 or 4 rooms as sea view - they have obstructed view at best.

Staff very friendly and approachable. Location fabulous with a regular dolmus service outside. Food was always fresh and well presentes

Pool was a little small for the size of hotel, so never used, always seemed crowded, entertainment was a hit n miss, fab some nights a little disappointing on ofhers

It was really nice. Staff were good and food was amazing. Especially the face that they catered gluten free. As I have celiac disease and have so much problem eating out. Thank you so much for being considerate as many places are not when it comes to dietary requirements.

The entertainment was a great. But I think they should have entertainment with their own Turkish culture too.

The beach, the view from Levante Restaurant

Although the booking.com says that the hotel has no parking, there are about 10-12 parking spaces in front of the hotel. We stopped the car in front of the hotel, unloaded the luggage, the valet Mustafa helped us. He raised a parking cone, made me a place in the hotel parking lot and told me to leave the key, when I need the car I take the key from the reception. I asked both the valet, Mustafa, and the lady receptionist, whose name I did not remember, if the car stays in front of the hotel for the entire duration of the stay, and it was confirmed to me that it does. I gave a big tip to the valet for the help given and ....surprise! I went down in 2 hours and another car was parked instead of my car! I asked where my car was and I was told that they parked it 2 streets away from the hotel and that it's no problem, if I need it I can tell them and they'll bring it. What they did is not at all normal, I did not give them permission to drive the car, especially since it is a rented car with strict contractual clauses regarding the driver of the car. I also had money and documents in the car and it is not normal for someone to walk in the car without my consent! After a day or two, other cars came, including from Romania, which were able to park in front of the hotel. The whole holiday we were stressed by this situation. The room I stayed in was 341, car B92NOM. I repeat, it is not normal to drive your car on the streets without your consent, you could even commit crimes with the car, because I trusted you to leave the key at the reception! I will also send a complain to the management of the TUI group.Otherwise,very big noise in the hotel, loud music from the scene, the sliding door from balcony is hard to move and does not isolate the noise at all. The food is relative poor, the dishes are a bit repetitive and you almost beg the chefs to give you another piece of meat. The hotel is old and outdated, definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Чудові номери, гарний вид з вікон. Ми залишались на 10 ночей і з першого дня перебування починаючи з рецепції і весь інший персонал був привітним та готовим до задоволення всіх необхідних потреб. Є постійна програма на вечір, гарні коктейлі на барі. На весь день можна спланувати свій день та зайнятись чимось. Звісно, це не для тусовок та молодіжного движу, але якщо є бажання гарно та якісно відпочити, цей готель має і чудове розташування, і гарну якість за свої кошти, і класну територію порівняно з іншими. При цьому, якщо ви дійсно хочете вночі мати спокій, в цьому готелі вам вдасться виспатись навіть з відчиненими вікнами. Гарне меню та їжа не набридла за всі ці дні. Потребують оновлення деякі речі (наприклад халати). Є обмеження по території: після певної години ви вже не вийдете через територію готелю на пляж, закрита вночі територія басейну. Але нам це не було потрібно. Тому ми залишились задоволеними своїм відпочинком.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, with 35 visits to Marmaris for me this is the best BUT it doesn’t suit everyone. Great location, it’s lovely inside and out, rooms are very good and the food is the best AI I’ve found, for me this is the best hotel but it’s not for everyone If you have children go elsewhere, there’s nothing for here for kids, no slides, kids club etc and they’ll get bored. Go to GRN Diamond or similar, this hotel would be better suited to being adults only. PLEASE NOTE: this is a quieter ‘more mature’ hotel, if you and your family are really loud, if you like to get hammered on the AI drinks, you’re a stag party, if like to clubbing and fun pubs, etc etc this hotel absolutely is not for you. If you start being rowdy, swearing etc you will get a warning by the hotel management and risk being removed.

We paid £60 extra for the Azure daybed on a jetty, this comes with fruit, snacks and drinks. The problem is this jetty is open and there’s a constant stream of random people coming on, wandering around, taking photos, using the other daybeds etc so there’s absolutely no security for your valuables if you’re taking a swim. The jet ski company next door came on to film a video and then an exercise class with instructor turned up, I don’t think they were even connected to the hotel. The jetty needs signs saying private area and a secured gate so you’re not having to constantly watch your bags.
