Amazing location, close to everything. Ice pool on the 8th floor and amazing spa. Good breakfast. Very welcoming on the check in step
Water in the shower flows so slow... Not enough pressure... All the furniture is very old.. Needs maintenance.
Check out experience was very bad. I forgot some bag with new clothes. We checked out and I was around the city for about 3 more hours. Nobody even called.
After I realized that I forgot it - I called the reception and they said that they domt have any info and need to check. Only after 5-10 mins I got the info that theyy found my back. I asked to arrange the gojek to the airport but they tolde that I have to do it myself.....

Air-conditioning cant be controlled. When turned on even though set highest 30°..its super cold. When switched off it super hot. Room 2014.. Blanket superrrr smallllllll for the single bed. White blanket many black stains.

Manhattan is good hotel , goo location with great view also .. welcome drink so nice , i meet with Friesco he is the beat guest relation that help our group with his best servive verry nice person, i gives him some gift that i bring from Saudi Arabia .. room so nive specially the bathroom. Thank you
