Staff was very friendly, especially Anna. Also the Manger whose name I did not get. The property has been owned by the family that runs the hotel for many years and was formerly an olive orchard. You can still see some olive trees. Another family member owns Romantica so you can use the pool and beach access across the road. View from our balcony fantastic. Outstanding views, very close to the city centre but not noisy.

Breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful-

The bathroom needed up dating. Shower was a bit on the edge of needing replacement.

Loved every part of it. I had a lovely room a junior suite with 2 balconies. They have lovely tiles floors and it was the best bed Ive ever slept in. Plus wonderful quilt! I did not want to get up! Plus lovely breakfast and great coffee. Very friendly staff. The receptionist was very kind and arranged a taxi for me as I had loads of luggage. The girl at breakfast helped me up to my room with my stuff. Really wonderful stay. Hated having to leave! Will definitely go back!

I liked everything. It was only 10 mins to town in the north side which is much quieter than the south side of Limone. Lovely furniture loads of hangers in wardrobe & nice bathroom. One of the best stays!

The service team where very helpful

Relaxed, informal small hotel with friendly staff and superb views over the lake (from our room anyway). It's towards the northern edge of town which is much nicer than the touristy south side of town.

Nice size rooms and bathroom. Great view on the Lake. Very nice terrace. Included breakfast. Access to pool and beach even if it's a sister hotel a short walk away.

Big room, but only for 3. This could be a quad room for sure. Air conditioning not in every room so be careful when booking. Also AC not very strong but does the job at a minimal. Breakfast is limited but ok. Too may Wasps in the food. Missing a full diner or bar service. Staff is nice, but limited like many places these days. I still recommend it.

The room in the ground floor was very noisy. We could hear every word said in the next room, also the toilet splashing, shower etc.

This was absolutely a great place to stay! The staff was more than accommodating and provided excellent service. Breakfast was also very great!!!! We loved everything about this Hotel! My husband raved about the Coffee, said it was the best he has ever had!!! The location was perfect and the views were amazing!

If there was one thing negative it would have to be our bed, it was not very comfortable. But other than that NOTHING else negative to say at all!

Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful area and close to the shopping center. It also has a dog beach about 200m.from the hotel which was perfect for us since we brought our dog. That beach was also not packed at all and clean. Overall great experience!

close to the village , but that far away , that it‘s very quiet. phantastic view , very friendly and helpful people working there , from the reception to the ladies at the breakfast . we had a dog with us, doggy beach is very close and a nice one…. but be careful - no trees and shadow at this one

Superb , quiet , and perfectly located near the start of the new bike trail as well as a public beach (only one in Limone that allows dogs). Cozy and comfortable room with two lovely terraces facing the lake. The view was simply gorgeous. We received a warm, family like welcome from the owner and all of the staff were extremely friendly. Parking was convenient and spacious. Location is away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but can easily be reached by foot or bicycle along a scenic path dotted with places to eat. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Coffee was great and made to order . We had a simple, yummy dinner at their restaurant- prices were reasonable and the food was fresh and tasty. The young lady who served us was very pleasant. All of the staff were simply a joy to talk to. We would go back in a heartbeat!

The cleaning accessories, fresh sheets etc were stored on the stairs at all times.
