Staff gave a dirty used room. Very noisy neighbours.

We learned in the morning that we should have ordered breakfast at arrival

Doors were broken and felt unsafe.In the midnight cleaning staff were making so much noise and entered our room for cleaning without even knocking.We informed the reception person and he didn't even solve the issue.Lift in the hotel was terrible.it was so jerky.Rooms were not clean . Cigarettes were there in room and closet and bathroom were not cleaned.

The hotel is close to the train station. That is all.

The rooms had dirt and burn marks. The walls were dirty, the stairs had all kinds of stains. The curtains were too small and I had street light in my face not matter what I did during the night.

Location was alright, but the rooms lacked basic item like a chair, or TV remote, etc. There was no way to get in touch with reception except for walking down.

It was not possible to enter the hotel, door was locked and no doorbell, no access code or contact number was available. I had to find another place to stay. Refund was asked but not paid.

This is a hotel for a very low budget, the 59 euro price of a double room in a low season is still way too expensive. The toilet needs to be cleaned thorougly, the carpets need to be cleaned. If you take out the pillow cover you will see how dirty it is with many disgusting stained. Yikes. Also no toilet paper, no towel, no soup. You need to go to the reception to ask for it.

I have been charged a fee in addition to my invoice. I was not at the hotel for this charge. It is a mistake by the hotel and am still waiting to be resolved. Correspondence is none existent!

This hotel is truly awful. There is nothing to like about it.

There was nothing good about this hotel, it's more of a squat than a hotel with a very bad vibe. Many of the room doors do not work because the locks are broken, I was given two rooms before given a third room due to the door locks being broken. There are no hotel staff after 8pm so if something goes wrong you're in trouble. The breakfast had little selection but that's a minor point. Do not expect to get any sleep at this hotel as any sounds are reverberated around the entire place, as the lock on my door was damaged every time someone in the entire hotel closed a door then my door would rattle. The carpets in my room had grafitti on them and were dirty and wet due to an on ongoing leak that the wash basin had, I reported this to the staff reception but she didn't seem too bothered. The pillows in my room were so bad they had disintegrated into a lumpy mash.

It's a bit careworn!!!

We booked 2 rooms and both were big and bright. The bathrooms in both rooms were clean. And the beds were quite big and comfortable. The carpets were clean although old.

The curtain was broken in one room and it seems like it had been broken for quite sometime. The lift got dirtied but stuff didn't realize, we had to bring it to their attention. The corridors have no windows so it quickly gets stuff and uncomfortable in their
