The lodge is super comfortable and the view of the lake is exceptional. Super good and warm attention. The breakfast is wonderful, with a great variety of food and everything seemed homemade.

We arrived late and there was a key left for us. Great welcome in the morning, superb breakfast. Waking up to the view was amazing.

No evening kitchen

We stayed in the Eco Lodge away from the main hotel. Room was cozy, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The view was spectacular !!!!! Amazing location right on the lake with the trail starting right at the door step. Service was outstanding. Wish we were staying more than 2 nights.

Wifi was intermittent in the room becoz we were away from the main building. Worked fine when we were in main building.

I really loved everything about the property was very clean and well put together. Appartement was very lovely and decorated nicely. It has a beautiful scenery in front of a lake with mountains as a backdrop. Very short drive and you’re able to get to the castles and great restaurants.

The road right in front of the hotel can get busy and you need to keep your balcony door shut.

The property is right on the lake overlooking the alps.

They had a lovely beverage room which was open for too short a time.

The accommodations were spacious and clean; beautiful view from our balcony.

We had two issues. The first issue was with check-in, and the second was with WiFi. We arrived at 9:00 p.m., and found our check-in directions and key as expected. The instructions said "Your room number is 30 and it is located on the second floor, right site." There was no room labelled "30," and our key didn't fit any room on the right side of the second floor. We called the hotel, and could hear the phone ring in the empty office next to us. We emailed, but had no response. We thought perhaps they had mis-written the number, and it should be 03, but when we tried the key in that room, a surprised guest opened the door. We found some other guests in the hotel, who searched with us and, after knocking on at least one other guestroom door, confirmed there was indeed no room 30 in the hotel. Finally, we found that our key fit one of the unmarked doors on the LEFT side side of the second floor hallway. There should be an emergency number posted somewhere on site to reach a staff member, but we were left feeling very helpless. When we checked out two days later, the host said that they forgot that not everyone knows where the unmarked room #30 is located. Second issue -- the WiFi is cut off every night at 10:30 p.m. until the next morning. That didn't leave us much time to plan the next day, especially after our difficulty checking in.

I loved the location and how comfortable the location was. we got the apartment and will definitely be coming back.

Bathroom a bit small, but as a boutique hotel, it is comprehensive.

We had a nice summer weekend! 😊 The place is really beautiful and we could stay with our dog.

The Check-in and Check out was really nice and comforting. Also the staff was awesome all the time. The sun beds in the garden with a beautiful view on the lake was my personal highlight!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room very comfortable and, although facing the road, was quiet throughout the night. Breakfast was excellent and very substantial with a nice view of the lake from the dining room. Easy access to Füssen if needed
