Die Abend-Speisekarte im Hotelrestaurant könnte umfangreicher sein. Auf mögliche Zahlungsmethoden sollte im Restaurant besser hingewiesen werden. Kellner setzte voraus, dass Gast das automatisch weiß...

Das erste Zimmer stank nach Jugendzimmer (wie zB eine Woche ohne Dusche zocken) Zweite Zimmer war ev. früher Raucherzimmer. ( wie nasse Aschenbecher) Das dritte Zimmer ging. Der Rezeption MA war unmotiviert, Stimme eher gereizt mit genervten Unterton.

Rooms was clean with a good view. Slightly cramped.

The size of the room could have been bigger. Iron was missing.

The staff!! Super helpful and friendly. Genuinely friendly I mean! Some with dazzling smiles even :D The swimming pool (except for the 2 hair balls), the sauna (except for being harrassed by the only other male in there. Could be doing with splitting male and female times!)

The carpets. Just awful. Dated and dirty in corners. Big fluff balls by the door. Don't like carpets in rooms anyway. Very unhygienic. The hall carpet is unbelievable ugly anyway and then the big "Eile mit Weile" prints yuk... Brown stains on my towel, also yuk. Holes in the curtains. Stains too. Outside wall full of moss and entry point just looks rotten. Don't think it deserves the 4th star anymore (just been travelling in 4* hotels in France and Spain. Just another league that was!) Not enough supplies of coffee and not enough staff so you always had to go down yourself to get it. Only very dried out coffee whitener. No biscuits. Same with towels. Had to get fresh ones from reception. TV remote not working properly and not desinfected and wrapped in plastic.

Good location, perfect indoor pool. Sauna. We liked the breakfast and the bar which is open after dinner, so 21:00-01:00. Friendly staff. Clean. Great view on the town. It was calm and quiet as it appears it is good for families who cared about their children and they were acting nicely.

Limited staff, we had to look for receptionists to check in and to grab a tower for the pool. It would be good to refresh the rooms a bit and some fan or ventilation/venting in the bathroom

I have been to this Hotel quite a few times when visiting friends who live close by. Unfortunately, we have never had time to test out the wellness area. But the rooms are always clean. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast has everything that you need. Free parking is also a great plus.
