Perfectly located within the historic old town but still conveniently reachable by car; professional staff and utmost pleasant atmosphere; upscale, spacious, well equipped and quiet rooms; catering very flexibly and kindly to special circumstances due to the pandemic.

I received a total of ten e-mails about this reservation. There more important things in life than to read duplicate e-mails.

The room was very big.

The room was presented with a two person sofa but it was only a one person sofa in the room. A plug was falling out of the wall and the cables were visible. That’s very dangerous and the handyman came 2 days later. At breakfast the lady told me very aggressive that I was too late for breakfast and it would be very hard for her to find another table for me. I was alone with baby, to keep a time is very hard. At least the stuff could talk appropriately with visitors. The room was only partially cleaned. Old dishes were not taken away for 3 days. The hotel has done nothing for my complaints. For the money what is to pay for a room, it is a very poor service.

Very clean, very safe for 3 women traveling in the hotel and also in the area in the evening. Easy parking and access to shopping. Big rooms and nice breakfast. Friendly staff and fast checkout & check in

The down pillows were a little too soft for my liking.

It was a very convenient place for me to stay with free parking just outside the hotel until 8 am. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was very good. About a 10 minute walk to the scenic fish harbour.

The room was big enough to lay out all of our baby-related stuff as we had to bring our 2-month-old son with us. It was quite in the room and I hope we didn't disturb our neighbours with the crying at night. 45 minutes were allowed for breakfast during this corona times so people could take turns going to the breakfast room, which was fair.

The hotel itself does not have a restaurant, yet there are many shops/cafes/restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. However, it would have been more convenient for us to order room service at night so we don't have to wake up the baby.

Very friendly and competent staff. Good breakfast in spacious and attractive dining area. Corona rules strictly observed.

Clothes-hanging space a bit restricted compared to the size of the room (big).
