The apartment has everything you need and the perfect view of the Matterhorn from the cozy balcony is incredible. The owner is friendly and communicative. BeIt is also walking distance to the town center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The incredible view of Lake Geneva from the hotel, although it didn't benefit me much from my 5th floor attic bedroom with a tiny window.

Quite simply, the worst hotel I have ever been to in Switzerland. No air conditioning, and no fridge in the room, which all made for a hot and rather unpleasant July stay. Very tiny room, I kept bumping my head against the attic ceiling. The bed was hard and rather uncomfortable. There were no common area/ lounge spaces in the hotel where I could escape from my room while not travelling (the only common area, apart from the dining room, were outdoor chairs). Have never seen a hotel without a lounge. While the building exterior was in the beautiful Swiss Belle Epoque style, the interior was modern and characterless. I used to think that even a 3 star hotel in Switzerland was the equivalent of 4 star elsewhere. Not anymore. This wasn't a 4 star hotel at all. Perhaps that's because I was put on the 5th floor, in a small attic bedroom. The lift only goes to the 4th floor and you have to walk up a flight of stairs. Have never seen that before, certainly not in a purported 4 star hotel. Before I forget, I had checked before coming whether the hotel car park could accommodate a large and hard to park classic car. The staff had assured me it was no problem. Luckily, I decided to come in a small modern car. Good choice, because maneuvering to the hotel and in the car park in my 1960 Bentley would have been hell on earth, adding considerable stress/worry to an uncomfortable stay in a beautiful country. Never trust hoteliers when you ask about parking space for your pride and joy, they'll tell you anything to ensure your custom.

The view from balcony was amazing. The hotel was clean and space for free car parking. The staff were helpful.

Location Bedroom was large, clean and had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the lake Staff were very helpful (posted an item that I left behind in the room to me without hesitation)

The coffee/tea making facilities in the bedroom were a bit basic. The hotel was a little dated. There didn’t appear to be a ‘proper’ bar at the hotel where you could go for a drink but there was a lovely pizza restaurant nearby which made up for it ! :)

Easy to park at for us. Friendly receptionist who gave us great recommendations. View was phenomenal for the room with balcony. Great value for price. Spacious rooms

We had a big room with balcony that offered a partial view to the lake.

The shower head is quite annoying (water saver) and the bathroom door gives the impression of low maintenance. No power outlet near bed.

excellent hotels, great position, good facilities and very excellent staff on call when ever you needed anything ….. free parking which is a must in the area!

only slight issue was no restaurant during winter. but plenty of local choices available

Very nice hotel, but dark lighting in room. Only one half mile from train but a 40 meter vertical high walk and no taxi anywhere. I asked the hotel in advance for taxi with exact time I arrived at station, nothing. If you don't have a car expect to walk up a high hill with luggage. Also 4th floor room was very hot, with heat turned off in winter. No air conditioning so might be hot in summer. Otherwise beautiful views, nice room and staff was very nice!!

One of the gate doesn’t suit most of the cars as the bump is very high and we scratches our beloved car there. That gate should have been closed or at least putting a warning sign

stunning views welcome you at Prealpina. the modern hotel is set up well with free parking out front. the rooms were reasonable size. the staff was helpful and welcoming. it’s a short drive to major towns. the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

while the property is nice, the bathroom shower lacked cleanliness (mildew was present on all walls, as if it had not been sprayed and cleaned in several weeks or longer); the shower head was broken and shower device needed replacing. the furniture was worn through on the corners. the towels were very small. for a four-star property with incredible views, I believe it needs some attention to better reflect its status.
