部屋がとても広く、スタッフの対応が素晴らしいです。 部屋も何故かグレードアップしてくれたので感謝です。 本当に素晴らしいスタッフの方々で泊まって良かったです。

朝食の種類が少なすぎる事が残念でした。 食べる物があまりなかったので残念です。

Located near to our school. Very convenient for school visitors. Same time it is central place in town. Super room. View is amazing!

The restaurant was closed (Tuesday & Wednesday) - surely that should have been signalled when we booked? The woman ‘supervising’ breakfast was downright rude and unhelpful. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but it put a downer on our experience

I don't like and I don't trust booking.com anymore. The time you'll have an issues with a hotel, you'll understand what I mean. They'll say to you we are just platform. So what if you arrive and the hotel/ apartment is full of dog hair or fleas. Believe me booking.com won't do anything for you. This happened to me at a different apartment at the same village.

No room service and restaurant closes at 9pm. No food in Villar after this time. Not good for late arrivals.

I was surprised to be upgraded to a junior suite. The room was fantastic with a large balcony and large, beautiful bathroom with a large tub, perfect for taking a soak - and bath salts were provided. I could Park my car out front at no extra cost and the hotel is centrally located for exploring. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

the location is really perfect, there is a train station right in front and many restaurants nearby, it is a walking distance from the sport center. The food in the restaurant was very good. On arrival the lady on reception was very nice and friendly.

not all the staff in the hotel is very friendly, one day (Sunday) the team was very grumpy, we had to ask for eggs for the breakfast as the pot was empty and during the dinner the servants in the restaurant behaved as is they are very annoyed with their job. During out 3 nights stay the floor in the room was not cleaned and the towels are so old that they tiered apart in the hands.
