I had an early morning flight before hotel kitchen and staff would open. I sent an email request for a water cooker. it was delivered to my room before checkin.

we did not have the breakfast with the hotel beds were nice but no staff after 6:00 pm

We had requested parking space when made booking but when arrived no staff after 6:00 we parked in the street by hotel. Got a parking ticket next morning for 25.00 euros we emailed hotel thru booking.com and told them this their reply was we should have looked at signs we told them we did pay that night and had rquested a parking space at their hotel for 8 euros. No reply on that. We also asked for a credit due to parking ticket and no reply just that we should read parking signs only curtain in window facing street. No shade or shutters. Light coming into room very early around 5:30 am made sleep not good

The rooms were outstanding. Modern, clean and comfortable. We loved the location next to the Church and beautiful garden (be sure to check it out, just walk through the gate). There is an excellent Italian restaurant hidden in the old cloister building across the street. It was an easy walk to the pretty old town square for additional shopping/restaurants. The taxi from the train station was only about 10 euros. Easy access to MUC airport by taxi and or train.

Was unsure if breakfast was included as nobody available at check-in we could not ask. When we came down in the morning we where offered tea / coffee so presumed breakfast was included but we then got told we had to pay €12 each.

Bathroom was tiny with a big step down from the shower.
