Loved everything. The ski station is very well thought so you have everything at your disposal to make a great ski trip. Staff was 5 stars. The pool after the ski was absolutely amazing.
I didn't like to leave. :)

Nice location for exploring the many hiking trails. Good sized apartment. Excellent outdoor heated pool that was warm. Lots of activities included on the 'Flaine Summer Pass', which the children loved.
As a warning to other families, our 11 year old's Summer Pass wristband broke and was lost on the first day, on one of the activities. The residence refused to replace this and told us to ask the tourist office. The tourist office said it is the responsibility of the residence and also refused to issue a replacement.

fantastic location, modern and very clean facilities.
easy to find and park.
the restaurant served delicious food but it was very upmarket and pricey. we arrived late and it would have been nice to be able to grab some comfort food for the family rather than having to walk down into town.

Location is perfect, pool and sauna are good!

The rooms were spacious and a very nice view.
The swimming pool was old with a liner that was old and the tiles surrounding the pool were broken and covered up with blue mats.
Also my husband wanted to book a massage and reception told him they would call him back but they didn't. He phone and they managed to get an end of day slot but when he went down to reception he was told that the massage would be in another P&V (they should have said that at time of booking). He never got his massage.

The amenities are great and the ski in and ski out is fab and so easy with children.
it’s very tired and the utensils in the apartment need upgrading.

The staff and facilities were excellent.
nothing.

ski in / ski out is fantastic. Short walk to centre. Reasonably comfortable. Decent Wi-Fi. Great staff.
Pool not warm enough

Overall facilities were good, staff in reception very helpful.
We expected twin beds as well as the sofa bed to accommodate 3 males however on reviewing the description on arrival we realized that booking only 24hrs before arriving, not placing a specific request and the resort being full it was an unrealistic expectation and so I shared the double bed with my son which was fine. There are very few apres ski opportunities.

roomy and cosy appartement, two bathrooms

Friendly staff on reception, great check in and check out experience. Parking under the building is very convenient. Ski in/ski out slope (50m of walking for snowboarders). Room was spacious, comfy bed, all nessesary utilities. Nespresso coffee machine.
Room was near the pool (one floor down) and there was noise from jacuzzi pump.
9.0
Nice appartement, very clean and well equipped. Friendly staff always ready to help. Direct access to the ski piste a definitive plus with the pool facilities a welcome benefit at the end of a day of skiing.
The pools always full with no respect for minimum age requirements. The onsite restaurant very limited.
6.0
As we we had not booked Saturday to Saturday the staff did not treat equally to those who had booked for 7 days.
Staff did not know which rooms were/were not available
5.0
Unhelpful staff and not allowed benefits because hadn’t booked for 7 days

Practical , well equipped Little Apartment, not too far from flamme centre.
No view over mountains

The apartment was spacious with comfy bedrooms. We were happy to find the pool and spa open (didn't know if there would be coronavirus restrictions) and they weren't too busy during the day. Beautiful location and easy to get into Flaine Forum for restaurants and bars. Reception staff were always helpful and happy and the food in the hotel restaurant was excellent.
The carpet in the room was a bit grubby and the sofa too. I am not generally very fussy and we did get used to it, but if you are a clean freak you might struggle!
2.0
1) Old room, every door fiddles!
2)Very dirty, we had to vacuum cleaning by ourselves. There were a lot of dust under the beds. The wash-dishing machine was full of dishes.
3) We payed for the comfort apartment but had an attic one with tiny windows! When it was raining we cannot open them because all the water dropped in the room. When we asked to change the room (we stayed with the little baby) the stuff told we must to pay for extra cleaning 50 EUR
4) The hotel is positioning like “quiet place”. In the morning while my baby was sleeping they turned on the irrigation pump under our balcony! In 10 minutes after they turned on grass-cutter! Of course the baby woke up immediately. But the staff didn’t make anything to stop the noise.
5) We booked the apartment for 6 people. But there were only 3 coffee capsules and only 1 piece of shampoo and shower gel. Seriously?
6) I found at least 4 hairs on the bed linen.
