We stayed for four days at Trident Udaipur and calling it an ‘excellent experience’ would be an understatement. :) It was such a memorable stay, all thanks to the exceptional staff of Trident Udaipur. We would like to make a special mention for the following members of the staff: Ms. Neha, Mr. Shekhar, Mr. Mahipal, Mr. Pardeep, Mr. Vikram, Mr. Manas, Mr. Brijraj, Mr. Rupin, Mr. Sangey, Mr. Shanti Lal and all the other warm and courteous guards at the entrance of the hotel (their smiles as wide as their impressive moustaches).
Lush green property, lovely clean rooms, well-maintained common areas and superb food. The breakfast spread is really good and the service is 11/10.
Such wonderful hospitality! We would recommend Trident Udaipur to family and friends in a heartbeat! And we will be back for sure. :)

Absolutely gorgeous property, close to everything yet tucked away from the busyness of the city. I was bowled over by the service - from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant, everything was pure class. Highly recommend!

Lush green lawns properly maintained.Courteous staff ready to do cleaning even twice if required voluntarily.Cart driver took us to Pichola Lake view point even when it was drizzling at 11 PM.Staff was always on their toes throughout and very accommodating.Truly one of the lifetime experience.

Any Oberoi Property is a benchmark in the field of hospitality and Trident Udaipur is no exception.It was a very gratifying stay with a very warm and professional staff. Verdant surroundings, spick and span ambience, excellent view of Pichola lake.

Superb Hospitality. Extremely friendly staff. Food is very delicious and a huge variety in breakfast.
I have lived in many hotels in western countries and the hospitality is pathetic. They are not rather arrogant and racist. Indian hospitality is unmatched! They should learn from indian hotels.
The fragrance in the lobby area is very soothing. Entire hotel ambience is simply fantastic and royal.
This was our 3rd time in the hotel and we will definitely visit again.
- There were few littered water bottles around pool area. Must be cleaned more frequently.
- Things were forgotten to take care of when influx of guests increased.
- More indoor activities including sports inside the hotel. We wanted to stay in the hotel all the time but didn't have much options to spend time.

Greatest thing abt Trident are their people i mean the staff...The way they treat you is something you would like to come back again and again. About the facilities they are all exceptionally amazing but do visit this place for the hospitality , care and respect the staff showers on you. Importantly its all coming naturally to them ie from iniside nothing superficial. Calling out loud to Uphaar singh at the housekeeping , Amit , Madhvi at the reception and all the staff responsible for the buffet BF.
Big shout as well to the leadership.

The rooms were being renovated and the smell from the stain was quite intense in the hallway

The location and ambiance was excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful. Special mention about Chef Abhishek who was very good and made all our dinings Special and memorable.
