Amazing location with superb views. Gorgeous property with beautiful terraces, breathtaking swimming pool and exquisite restaurants. Excellent service, professional and friendly staff.
My only recommendation would be to have longer beds and different kind of pillows.

the bathroom:
-need to change the bathtub to showers.Very dangerous for older people to climb and no hand rails.
-Spa facilities are dispersed
-the lift’s doors are very noisy to open and close
-need a toaster for breakfast instead of sending your bread back to kitchen for toasting

The location is breathtaking, on a high cliff overlooking the Gulf of Naples with view of the island of Capri, other islands nearby, the Sorrento peninsula, and the coast of Naples. The grounds and facilities are very well maintained and the entire staff is very helpful and will meet all of your needs
The walls are surprisingly thin as it was easy to hear neighbors. The tub in the room we had drained very slowly and some other minor room features seemed to be marginal in operation, but the views, staff, and facility more than made up for the minor issues.

The location of the hotel and the view from the the cliff side is amazing.
The front desk staff and the concierge were helpful and friendly.
The hotel did arrange for the transportation from the port to the hotel at reasonable cost.
The breakfast was also nice with good selection.
The sound proofing of the rooms can be improved.

Wonderful views from the hotel. The hotel has beautiful decor and it furnished to a high standard with art throughout. The swimming pool is great and the staff around the pool and those who cleaned the room and who delivered room service were amazing. The were very helpful in allowing early check-in and late check out.
The concierge was too slow in making reservations ahead of time and in responding to emails which caused unnecessary stress.
On arrival we were not offered any refreshments and we sat in the sun to go through a never ending explanation and tour of the hotel but not our itinerary. When someone says that they are thirsty, common sense would suggest that the member of staff offers water rather than carrying on with the tour.
The lunch and breakfast service was just rude. One our first day, we arrived for lunch shortly before 2pm. The hotel guide in the room said that lunch was served until 2.30pm. We were told that they were closing, we given menus before we entered and the moment we sat down, we had to order immediately without even having a second to read it. It felt like a fast food restaurant and so did the food that arrived. The pasta was watery and overcooked--we never returned to the restaurant.
Similarly, breakfast was disappointing. They clear everything in military style at 10.30am. 10.30am! This is not a normal time for a luxury hotel on vacation. Even most business hotels wait until 11am and do not clear it all away for guests that arrive 15 minutes before closing. Again the attitude was unpleasant and we constantly had to chase for coffee, cutlery, water, etc. It was a great disappointment.
The bed had a metal frame at the bottom so anyone over 5ft6 will touch the metal when sleeping. As I am taller I had to sleep in the foetus position!
Beware of booking a boat tour because you have to arrange your own taxi back from the port as the hotel does not offer any of their cars to collect you. We waited 45 minutes to find a taxi and only discovered where to wait by asking the police even though I called the hotel to ask for help. Instead of helping they started arguing with me. This is basic service and it is not good enough to leave guests stranded when a large ferry arrives with hundreds of people.

We have visited the property several times in the past and it is actually the reason we visit Capri. It is obvious that the owners themselves work very hard to provide a personalized experience for the guests and each year you can see a number of improvements. Definitely the best food on the island and one of the best views in the world.
Overall staff is doing a good job in offering a personalized service. Some do not have proper training but it is obvious they are trying very hard. We would like to see more smiles from the junior staff. Also bigger TVs in the rooms and card keys to open the doors. Masseuse did not have much experience.

This family run 5-star hotel was an incredible place to stay. They have put their heart and soul into the hotel and want you to enjoy it as it you were part of their family. We felt welcomed and very relaxed from when we walked in.
The food was amazing, we had travelled around similar calibre of hotel for the week before but by far the best food we ate were at our three days at Caesar Augustus.
This will now be a hotel that we have to experience annually.
