The location is Perfect in all ways, the size of the room is really good, close to train station and close to the beach. It is really nice.

The Swimmingpool is not deep

The staff was very accommodating! I was here with my boyfriend on vacation and we arrived around midnight not realizing that the front desk service was not 24/7. we felt so bad because the property owner who lived nearby had to come and open up the gate and lobby for us. I know she wasn’t to happy with us and I kept apologizing. but i do appreciate how willing she was to help at the end of the day. the food was amazing. buffet breakfast was so good. we were also able to get a dinner reservation the night of after realizing other restaurants in the area were booked with reservations. we had to wait 30-40min but it was well worth it because everything was so good. it’s also in a great location just 20 min outside of cinque terre. you can get the train passes at the front desk! the lady at the front desk was super helpful! we would’ve been lost without her

i just wish the front desk service was 24/7. i never had to worry about arriving too late at a hotel before. apparently they called me but I didn’t get a call or email. it would’ve been nice if someone stayed behind knowing that there was a tourist still out there that hadn’t checked in yet but i know they shouldn’t have to do that had I checked their check in hours beforehand.

excellent combination of price and quality. parking, swimming pool, sun loungers, luxurious breakfast, a large set of personal items - it was all too luxurious for this price. Thanks!

The hotel staff are amazing, very friendly and courteous. It is a family owned and operated hotel, and the owner Anna is wonderful! The food we amazing, we had dinner at the hotel both nights we stayed there. The hotel is walking distance from the train station, and they have on-site parking (although it is very tight even for small cars). It was very easy for us to drive our cat straight to the hotel, and from there it is just a short train ride to see all of Cinque Terre. We also bought our train tickets right from the hotel desk which was very convenient!

Cozy Italian family hotel with decent good size pool and beach just on the other side of the road. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. You can order drinks, coffee and cakes by the pool and you can buy the best homemade gelato at the hotel. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby the hotel, but the hotel also have a restaurant which is only open after 9:30 pm.

The bathroom was very small, hardly had space to move around.

the rooms clean and comfortable, the food ( breakfast and dinner are superb), the swimming pool and garden area, the stuff attentive and very kind. the location, 3 minutes walking from the beach and the centre, and so well connected with the boat to have daily trips to the Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lerici.

Amazing breakfast, amazing room, great balcony, great pool, just 1 min walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants nearby. And above all such welcoming staff.

Absolutely nothing, it was perfect stay

Pool and grounds were very nice. Dinner was very good and the Marmalatas for brekky were delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful - especially with the Cinque Terra access and hiking tips. The train and ferry timetable printouts that were provided became our go to essential documents for navigating the Cinque Terra.

Breakfast was a bit tricky with the COVID restrictions making service a tad awkward. No major issue though.
