Das Personal war echt super nett. Sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Organisation war perfekt. Der Preis war echt in Ordnung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick. Wären wir länger geblieben, hätte ich ganz bestimmt ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt am See und doch ruhig. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe in einem Parkaus. Obwohl fußläufig super erreichbar, bietet das Hotel einen Shuttle Service an. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder😀

Hotel in posizione stupenda e tranquilla. Camera e bagno dotate di soluzioni molto moderne e funzionali pur in spazi ristretti. Colazione come in poche altre strutture in cui ho soggiornato. Nessuna discrepanza rispetto a quanto riportato sul sito.

Una pecca grave, a mio giudizio, è l'accesso acconsentito agli animali in sala da pranzo!

The most we enjoyed was the location, very close to the lake. Clean rooms, good wifi, free parking, good breakfast.

Nothing in particular. We had waited 3 years to go.

We stayed at this hotel last autumn and were absolutely in love with the property, staff, service and of course views. This time we travelled as a group of 5 and stayed in a separate building, 30 sec away from the main one. Welcoming lady at the reception desk gave all the necessary instructions and checked us in swiftly. The weather was slightly windy so we ended up having dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was a great decision because food (pizzas and house wine) was splendid so was the ambiance. Summing it up, we highly recommend having a room in the main building if you travel as a couple because it’s more intimate and a bathroom is to die for. Also, make sure to have breakfast there. It reminds me of an endearing morning moment in a boulevard romance. You feel nothing but warm happiness inside. High quality fresh food, polite and accommodating staff and mesmerizing view of the meadowy riverfront. Please note, the separate building has a convenient parking. The main building has a spacious one but you will have to drive there and be picked up by the hotel staff and delivered back in no time. All good, just includes some moving around.

The location and views from the rooms are stunning. The staff were friendly and obliging and always smiling. Very good breakfast.

Staff and location fantastic

The hotel is situated just by the lake and it's was really a deal breaking for me. Old city it's just a walk away and this walk is very beautiful. Apart of this it's a normal hotel. When booking be aware that there are two building - the apartment complex and the hotel itself. I would recommend to book in the hotel and not the apartments (stayed in both) - the rooms are much better the apparts.

The Jacuzzi upstairs wasn't hot enough, and the valet parking person wasn't the nicest.
