The hosts were very helpful and friendly. We loved the town and the restaurants, and the hotel went out of their way to accommodate our request for vegan options for breakfast.
We had problems with the internet dropping and being out for several times during the day. Two of us had to work for a full day while there, and we ended up having to use our hotspots for internet access. This seems to be a regular issue, so I wouldn't advise staying if you need a reliable internet connection.

We have stayed here twice now when visiting Castiglione Del Lago and both times have been a pleasure. Owner is very kind and friendly, offered to make us an early breakfast before pick up. Would definitely return. Traditional Italian surroundings and restaurants close by.

This is such a great hotel. Clean, comfortable, great location, good wifi, fridge, toiletries, good breakfast and the owners are super helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Bravo!

Room and bathroom spacious and comfortable. Staff pleasant and very helpful; helped bring luggage up and down stairs. Gave good recommendation for local restaurant. Very clean and centrally located in old town. Easy, nearby parking. Easy walk around town and to beautiful views of lake. Very nice breakfast and coffees, with choices of salty and sweet.
Wi fi spotty and non-existent, but found out later, someone had inadvertently knocked out hot spot. Had to ask for more toilet paper.

The host couldn't have been more welcoming. He helped with our luggage, was available for conversation through breakfast, and gave us ideas about where to travel. The breakfast was very generous. In fact he encouraged us to take leftovers with us for our lunch.

Hotel Torre more than met our expectations. In addition to providing a clean facility with a good breakfast in a great location Roberto and Simona create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. They offered good info about places to eat and sites to see in the Lago Trasimeno area. They obviously take pride in running a fine hotel and treating their guests well. Parking was close by and free and as a bonus we were there on market day which takes place on Wednesdays. Highly recommended!
