Il servizio del personale al ristorante era gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste
hanno un parcheggio limitato bisognerebbe ampliare i posti messi a disposizione dalla struttura. Non ritengo corretto far pagare il parcheggio alle persone in villeggiatura presso gli Alberghi. Ma questo ovunque

Hotel situato nel centro di Bressanone, molto comodo e strategico. Stanze in stile retro', spaziose, pulite e confortevoli, molto calde ed accoglienti.
Tutto il personale, dalla reception alla sala da pranzo, è stato professionale, gentile e disponibile. Buffet della colazione e della cena molto assortito, ricco, di ottima qualità e rifornito in continuazione ed un menù alla carta che cambia quotidianamente. Area giochi per i più piccoli ed anche un vasto spazio con calcio balilla, ping pong, arrampicata e zona relax, oltre alle due piscine riscaldate. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e lo consiglio vivamente.
Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa di negativo, i bagni delle stanze dovrebbero essere rimodernati un pochino, privilegiando il box doccia alla vasca e poi sostituita la moquette nelle stanze (sebbene molto pulita ed ordinata).
Il letto era king size ma un troppo rigido e con cuscini sottili e poco soffici.

Location, cross the bridge and you're in the city center. Also, bus to train station across the road too. Staff friendly & help; I'm allow to leave my luggage for storage on check-out but I didn't take up the offer as I don't want to waste time to collect after a quick trip to Plose.
No kettle to boil water for hot drink. Also, the bathroom exhaust fan can't be turn off; it's noisy so have to close the bathroom door to cut the noise.

The breakfast has a good variety of nice items, the room was in perfect condition, and the spa facilities were enjoyable. The restaurant serves delicious well-portioned dishes, and all the staff are very friendly.
We found the room too hot at night, we turned the heat control down as much as possible but with no difference. We opened the patio door to cool the room but it didn't help much and was too cold to keep open for long. The pillows are terribly flat, and we ordered an iron for our clothes but it didn't come as promised. We could have asked for more assistance so it won't stop us from staying again. There was a lot of stomping noise daily from above that got annoying, but not sleep disturbing.
