Lady at the front desk was very friendly, attentive and helpful.

- nice room - nice bathroom - we wanted to make a day trip to Porec and the hotelstaff helped us with tickets and booking and even called the italian company for information. Thanks again. - nice staff - nice location - nice beds - tv was nice cause we could watch twitch on it

- we forgot our teddybear in the room and contacted the hotel after our drive home. They didnt found him. But we know that it wasnt moved out the room. I don't know where he is but we miss him dearly 😔 it was a present of my passed mother. - breakfast wasn't good. Bread and crossiants are not good. Cereals were good. If u like illy coffee thats good but we dont like it but thats not a problem. - we picked this hotel cause it said it was silent but sometimes there was noice above our room at night or early in the morning... - also our room (401) had a problem with the showerdoor which won't close perfectly... So sometimes the water were in the whole bathroom.

Room and bathroom was clean. AC worked well. Breakfast was fine, but breakfast is only until 930 on the weekend… which means that it’s totally packed at 915. They could stretch that a bit to make sure people don’t all arrive at the same time. the staff were friendly.

price was quite expensive for what you get.

We were warmly welcomed and supported in bringing our luggage to our room. The room and bathroom were very clean and seemingly recently renovated (bathroom). We enjoyed the breakfast with fresh croissants and different styles of coffee. The location was also very convenient for us.

Considering the environment we would suggest to replace the towels less frequent.

Great location in the heart of the old town. Walking distance to all major attractions as well as restaurants and bars. Located in a quiet street that allows you to escape the “noises of the night”. The room was very tastefully decorated, quite big and had plenty of storage space. Very comfortable beds. The staff were very accommodating.

The location is very central and although just off a busy pedestrain street it was quiet in the room. A good sized bathroom.

A slightly larger room would have been better although the bed itself was a good size and there was good use of the space available. The croissants and rolls disappeared too quickly at breakfast so I missed out on two days!!

Nothing really . There was a slight problem with the safe in our room which staff managed to resolve
