L emplacement dans le quartier historique, le charme de l hôtel et de la chambre,le calme,le grand lit,la propreté, le patio avec la petite piscine. Le bar à tapas était parfait! Personnel souriant et bravo pour les plats!

Le personnel correct mais un peu distant la piscine était fermée,je comprends,mais il faisait bon l apres midi et nous aurions aimé pouvoir beneficier de transat pour lire de manière confortable. Dans la salle de bain le WC est très proche de l évier et ce n est pas très pratique.

Decoración de todo el conjunto. El restaurante Azebuche es fantástico tanto por la calidad de la comida como por el servicio que fue muy amable y atento.

La mitad de la habitación tiene el techo muy bajo y para moverse en ese área hay que estar muy agachado. Cuando te levantas por la noche es fácil que te des un golpe. Me di varios. El desayuno es muy escaso. Además nos reconvinieron diciendo que la hora de cierre nos dicen que es la las 11,00 y al día siguiente a las 10,45 empezaron a recoger el salón, haciendo ruido de platos y cubiertos sin ninguna delicadeza, haciendo del desayuno una experiencia desagradable.

In de olijfolie streek had een flesje bodylotion met olijfolie in de badkamer wel op z’n plek geweest. Douchen moest in bad, minder prettig.

Muy bien situado en el centro de Baeza, es un edificio monumental. Ello no resta comodidad a la habitación, que era amplia y bien decorada. Los empleados muy amables, para repetir.

La habitación estaba justo encima de la recepción y se escuchaba todo.

Muy grande la habitación, genial el baño y muy bonito decorado. La ventana daba a un patio precioso, se veía la catedral.

Great hotel in a very nice city. The swimming pool is nice and offers a great view of one of the churches in the city.

The lay-out of the hotel can be a bit confusing at first. The breakfast was ok, but not great.

No views from the windows in our room as there were only sky lights. The staff were not overly attentive for a 4 star hotel. A child was violently sick in the swimming pool on our first day and the staff did NOT close the pool. From a health and safety perspective this was appalling. As a consequence we did not use the pool for the rest of our 3 days stay and given it was very hot in Baeza this really spoilt our trip. The breakfast was sub standard and unimaginative with no fresh fruit at all.

The location was really good right in the central area of Baeza. It was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic terrace that we were able to eat out on and watch bats and swifts in the evening.

The parking was tricky. There was underground parking but it was quite tight for a big car. Breakfast was expensive.

Excellent location and beautiful building characteristic of the style of the region. Nice pool.

It was difficult to find our way to the hotel through some very narrow streets. It may be helpful to have suggestions for those arriving by car. We arrived a bit late and the only two rooms available for our party of 4 were nice but a bit disappointing with small windows and low ceilings.

Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful, they organised a taxi to pick me up at the train station on arrival. The room had no window but had a totally enclosed patio. The whole hotel was very clean and the laundry service excellent. The outside shared patio next to the pool was lovely. Reception spoke good English. Although the restaurant was not open for my first few days the bar had some decent food.

The bar closed during the afternoon, even for guests,opening again about 8pm. I would have preferred a room with some sort of window view. No window no view but a totally enclosed patio with high walls. The restaurant had a very limited menu and, I think, rather expensive.

The hotel was absolutely a gem with the historical building itself, location next to Baeza Cathedral in the heart of old town. Service was very polite and helpful and breakfast was excellent. Beds were 10/10, couldnt ask for better beds.

Noises could be heard slightly through the doors at day time, but hotel was quiet at night so this didnt bother us. Overall very small minus. (Sealing strip would be easy to add to the door frames? The doors itself were thick wood.) Restaurant was not open for evening meal at the time of our visit.

Special location in the heart of Baeza. Our room was generous in proportions with two large comfortable beds. Private garage parking ( payable ). Breakfast offered a good choice despite the hotel being fairly quiet in an out of season period. The attached bar/bistro was cosy with tasty food and charming waiter.

A free bottle of water never goes amiss.... The ‘patron’ / reception could have raised a smile...?

Great location, comfortable rooms and attentive staff. Off site parking is possible a little way away from the property so as to avoid the very narrow street access.

Access to the property can be a bit tricky if you have a large car as the access road is quite narrow in parts.

Location is perfect, in silence, historical aria. Interior is very cozy and atmospheric.

Given the air quality in Baeza, they need to clean the air vents and provide cleaner air. I would have stayed longer if it wasn’t so hard to breathe.

initially we were given a room at back of hotel overlooking a building project so we appreciated the upgrade

Breakfast could be better. No fresh orange juice and a lot of prepacked foods.

I would have appreciated having a coffee station (coffeemaker for tea and coffee) in the room since there were no open cafes early in the morning.
