balcony was ridiculously small, wasn’t even a table on it. just about fitted two chairs. drinks in the hotel was stupidly expensive.

The lady at the pool bar was extremely nice

Sound insulation is horrible, we heard the bass from the clubs not so far even with windows closed, to the neighbours laughing or talking (when we were lucky they didn't blast music), to the cleaner at 9 am moving beds and slamming doors just across the corridor. They sometimes have dancing events that are not part of the hotel blasting music next to the pool. Not the best. The inside of the room is also really poor, nothing except 2 beds and a fridge. The door of the bathroom was damaged by humidity. The water in the shower couldn't hold a constant temperature and was either cold or too hot. It was quite hard to find a good spot on the faucet. Toilets are placed so close to the sink that it is uncomfortable to sit.

The location of the property was really good

The property was not very clean and we could hear people in the above room really clearly due their being an open airway in our bathroom.
