Location was great and so was the breakfast

The hotel getting better since last year, they do renovate the hotel..for outside and in side the room.. Location in center and walk distance to find food.

All is okay.

Excellent location in the centre near the pedestrian section with access to great resturants.

Although we had access to the hotel's parking garage (for 6€) it was awkward to access and they were unreasonable about parking 2 motos in one parking spot.

Nice hotel to explore Elche with a modern look and friendly staff

Not enough parking space, we have to park a bit away from the hotel. My colleagues room was very small without a window. The breakfast should have been included at that roomrate price.

The parking is around the corner of the hotel. Once you know this, it's easy to find.

Location very central for walking to all the historic places of interest. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast had loads of choice and lots of lovely fresh fruit and quality meats. My husband enjoyed the cooked breakfast.

Bedroom window couldn;t be opened at all - not even on tilt. Presumably this is a safety thing because of the height, but the room was really warm and we would have liked some fresh air. All other hotels open to a degree so we found this quite a shame. Electricity in the room tripped 3 times - we had our own fuse box and had to reset it. Don'treally expect this in a hotel! The restaurant menu was all burgers or foccacia. There was a menu del dia but this was only available lunchtimes which was a shame because we were out all day exploring the city and then couldn't eat what we would have liked at night. The one time we did eat in, the burger was not very hot. For a nice hotel to only serve burgers, breads or one option of meatballs and pasta was a real disappointment.

Great location. Very central and close to everything. Parking was a short walk from the hotel and discounted by the hotel which was great. Busy restaurant with nice food. Breakfast buffet was perfect. Loved it all and would stay again

The check in was a little slow. We had to queue and when we reached the front it seemed to be quite a laborious process of typing in all of our details. It didn't spoil our stay though

Good sized room, very comfortable bed, great central location, helpful staff. We booked our car into the hotel garage, located just around the corner. Security and peace of mind for €12 per 24 hours.. There only about 15 spaces, so I guess it's best to book early.

Windows do not open. Temp is adjusted in the room....but I just like a bit of fresh air! A kettle in the room would be great.

Location. Price. The hotel is in the center of town and can walk to great restaurants, shops, food markets, and stores easily. Locals are great, friedly.

Room was a bit small and not enough room to put away clothes. Street noise.
