It was clean

There was no meeting area to meet visitors.

The best last stop in Spain for travelers to Portugal by car and great hotel staff

There is no coffee/tea making facilities in the room

we have stayed there now 4/5 times location is good and the staff and its very comfortable

the evening meal was just ok it could have been better

staff on reception very polite

the room had a very strong smell of tabaco. for a 4 star hotel this was very bad. room was small and hotel is tired.

The receptionist was really kind, especially as we had to check out at 4am for a long cycle journey

unscheduled stop due to a car mishap so was just a bed for the night but the room and bathroom were fine, breakfast guy very pleasant but breakfast very expensive for what you get. morning receptionist very pleasant on checkout

evening receptionist could learn to smile when checking people in!

Please have a blanket In the cupboard. Not that they tell uyou the next morning O you should have called

The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

The breakfast had a very limited choice and it is the same every day, so if you stay there 3-4 days, be prepare to not have many options. The door at the bathroom is of glass, so not closing well. It might not be that nice when not travelling alone.

it was comfortable

outside was not clean so didn’t feel like the area was good. it was quiet so maybe impression was wrong. not a proper restaurant for dinner just very basic food available that was expensive for what it was. there was no jug to make tea and water from coffee machine came out dirty and tasted like coffee as it always does from coffee machines

excellent reception staff, comfortable room, excellent underground parking for motorcycles.

Too far away from any restaurants, bars etc.
