Rooms are modern and well equipped, staff is very forthcoming; i had trouble with the hot water the first morning, told it to the housekeeper and it was fixed during my absence.

Instead of an open buffet, where you can choose the very croissant or slice of cheese you want and help yourself, their buffet is boxed in behind screens and you depend on the person serving, if he or she isn't in the kitchen at the time. Really annoying.

when I arrived at the reception they ask if I can pay cash the full accommodation and I already paid in cash, but they didn’t refund what they deducted from my credit card when I booked the room, so they changed me tow times for the same period one with the credit card and one cash ….. I don’t know what shall I do ??????

Well signposted directions to the hotel. Location was good and not too far from restaurants and center.

Parking is a problem. With luck, you can find a parking space nearby in the street, somewhere. My very modern and up to date Sat Nav GPS could not find the hotel. The signposted directions were very good.

If you bring your pet, you CANNOT leave it in your room. So you must explore the city with your pet, which is basically impossible and makes no sense.

This a city-style hotel with small rooms and narrow, gloomy corridors. The bathroom - including the loo - in my room was open plan; no door, no privacy (if one needed it). The breakfast was good. Overall, I was very disappointed for the price that I paid.

Nothing springs to mind

Location at top of a hill, very difficult to park so we paid 14.95 euros to leave the car in a public car park recommended by the hotel. Bathroom a little dirty. Couldn’t get hot water from shower. Lift very small. Air conditioning didn’t work. Staff on reception desk don’t make you feel welcome. Bed a little uncomfortable. Remote control for TV came apart in my hand (it was stuck together with sellotape). Hotel very run down -needs refurbishing.
