Normally in the evening plenty of staff in restaurant. Room was a good size Some evening meals were better than others Staff very pleasant.

Most cooked food for breakfast seemed chilled. (cold bacon ??) Some popular food was slow to be replenished. Shower Gel couldnot be used. Mattresses were awful. Lack of food labels on Desserts, also some of the salads had no list of ingredients. (Difficult for people with allergies) Lack of light in the living room & bedroom part of accommodation, made it impossible to read in the evening, unless sat on a dining chair. Air con was very noisy.

Friendly staff from reception to waiters, all friendly and helpful. Great rooms with comfy beds, (except pillows) Lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Very clean and tidy. Good value for money on drinks. Plenty of food to choose from in the restaurant. The entertainment staff are very friendly, we just wanted more entertainment for adults especially on a Saturday night.

When I booked it says check in is 12, so we planned our journey accordingly, only to be told on arrival it was 2pm , we wasn't very happy at all and gave a bad first impression. The information on booking.com is wrong. We went to the pool bar to wait for 2 hours for our room. The weather was so hot we decided to change in the toilets and jump in the pool, kept our luggage by the sun loungers. The pillows are very flat and our first night sleep wasn't good. Asked for extra the next night. Saturday night entertainment not good. No entertainment for adults on a Saturday night.

Staff were helpful and very friendly. Pool was nicely layed out. Clean. Room upgraded at no extra cost.

Great price and a great location. Room was comfortable and a good buffet breakfast and dinner.
