Classic Business hotel, it is located at the border of the city (but the connection to the center with public transport is good) It is ok if you have to stop there for a night

The room was a bit to noise, specially in the morning. The room was facing the delivery zone for the hotel, and they made a lot of noise.

Free minibar (but you cannot be sure it will be refilled).

In four star hotel you can expect air condition. In four star you can assume the sink and shower will be unclogged (by a proper staff) and power socket will be working (or repaired when you inform/complain) Only German channels in TV (with one exception - Euronews in French). You can ask for invoice, then you can ask again, after third attempt you can succeed.

Good Hotel

The hotel has free parking. The breakfast buffet is very good. There is a fridge in the room and everything in it is included. The room is quite spacious and with big windows. They provide additional pillows to be able to choose what best suits you. The reception is very quick and efficient and the key-card system is good. There are some shops nearby along with a McDonald's, close to gas stations and near the road out of Greifswald. This hotel is great for those by car, only 10 mins from Wieck (sea).

There is no kettle in the room. The sauna was out of order. This isn't necessarily a negative point, but it's not at all close to the centre of Greifswald. We were awoken to the sounds of other guests speaking in the hallway, so the noise-isolation could be improved.

the bed was very very comfortable. The room was not very small - just right :) Women from reception desk in the morning (two ladies) was very nice :) Man of the evening shift a little less :)

It would be really nice if the form for the covid-19 was also in English. Also information inside the hotel.
