Reception staff were exceptionally friendly through or whole visit. The Hotel is in a great location and parking was easy - really enjoyed our stay and would recommend for the great front office staff

The condition of the property was poor and the location was noisy , considering the place has been closed for almost 12 months there were several maintenance issues, these should have been addressed during closure!

The location was right in town . I chose this hotel because it had a swimming pool and spa facilities-my daughter needs to relax when we are away at a hotel and this seemed ideal !
The pool and all the facilities were closed all weekend . We were not told this -there was just a notice up on the wall of the lift .
I paid £170 for the night and yet if I had booked direct with the hotel it would’ve been £120 . The hotel was very shabby and dated and I felt cheated that I had paid £170 with no spa facilities or pool available for our stay .

It was well located. The building had some nice styling and character. The breakfast was also very good.
The bar was weak, with a poor selection of drinks and staff that did the minimum required. Tables were left untidy and it had a strange smell about it.
The pool area was closed due to some heating issues however we only found out when we saw a sign in the lift. This should have been part of the check in process.
The decoration needs a refresh as this looked very tired.
The hotel is right on top of a busy road with road sweepers etc at 6:00. These could be heard through the closed windows.

Very comfortable bed and room was warm - I find some hotel rooms cold in winter. Bathroom was spotless. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Will stay again.

Great location, good gym
Walls so thin we could hear someone’s exact words in their telephone conversation.
We were woken up at 3am, 4am and 5am by loud shouting in the corridors and bedrooms.
No one seemed to be doing anything to keep people quiet.
Won’t be staying there again!

Would have liked black out curtains in the room. Short, thin curtains let in lots of light in the morning.

The room was mainly comfortable (but see below), the bathroom had its own window and was luxurious,the windows of both rooms were openable, the hotel itself had a good atmosphere.
All the lights in the room had to be turned off by a main switch beside the door,so one couldn't put off the bedside light without also leaving on the light above the room mirror. This meant that if one woke at night to look at the time, or use the bathroom, one had to grope one's way to the main switches near the door. This detracted somewhat from the comfort of our stay - but only somewhat.

Location is perfect for a visit to Worcester
The balcony on our room 222 was full of bird droppings. Which wasn't nice to look at when the curtains were open. They need to clean it up, it looks terrible

Didn't have breakfast as there is so many cafes around.the location is brilliant pubs cafes and shopping centre all in 2 mins walking distance.
If the breakfast was better we would have had it but it is very dry.

Easy to find, excellent parking. Safe area. Nice welcome. Good lift. Spacious room with very comfortable firm bed and ability aerate the room. Good television. Plentiful sockets by the bed at easy height. Excellent access to the town - 4 minutes away on foot. I chose to not have breakfast. An excellent small gym and nice pool with sauna - open 8 to 8 - for free. I would use this hotel again.
Party in the hotel on Saturday evening - heavy bass in my room.
