The staff no matter their role from the cleaning staff to reception to senior staff were amazing, very friendly very helpful, the hotel is decorated throughout to the highest standards including the rooms, my husband now having a disability following surgery to both legs and needing to use either a wheeled walker or a a stick when indoors access to all areas was never a problem.

Not dislikes as such, these are my/our own personal thoughts we all have our own opinions and expectations and that is to be respected so just being honest based on our stay, the restaurant menu we thought was slightly over priced 'in part' with the average burger being around fifteen pounds (Personally I wouldn't have burgers on the menu in such a high standard restaurant) and it would be nice if bar snacks were available in the evening for those not wanting the full dining experience, that said we did use the restaurant and the food and service alike were of a very high standard as was the breakfast (I speak with some experience) My husband having been a chef for over thirty years and having worked as head chef in some well known hotels and restaurants as well as wining a national award for services to catering in care. The room was spacious and modern but a bit let down with the old TV set, no back on remote so batteries kept on falling out and buttons erased in places due to age so wasn't sure what we were pressing but got there eventually. Also a welcome pack in the room with meal times dining options local attractions etc would be nice. Had free Wi-Fi but I couldn't get it to work on my laptop, having followed the guide on the paper that we were given with our key card I even re-set my PC thinking it may have been my own settings that were at fault but it still didn't work. all that said nothing, spoiled our stay and will definitely be booking again very soon.

Great location, easy to park and come and go from. Friendly staff and nice decor.

TV didn't work which was a struggle with a toddler. Toilet didn't flush properly.
