The staff were very good with my wife after she fell and broke her leg One guy in particular looked after my wife and took her to the hospital his name was Stewart MacLennan who works at the Alexandria Hotel who seen the accident happen and immediately came to my wife's rescue a great help and we can't thank him enough he was brilliant

Our weekend was ruined when my wife tripped over a set of temporary lights just yards from the hotel and broke her leg which meant we spent all day in hospital and couldn't get out of the hotel at night

The location was perfect . Told breakfast was included then charged for it . The breakfast was poor

A better choice As visitors to this country we are nit used to heavy greasy food ... No eggs on both days .. So we had tea and toast and charged a fortune for it.

I love the Ben Nevis. staff are so friendly. and very attentive.

I think they should have advised us they had a wedding reception , on the Saturday night. right below our room noise was so bad in the small hours as we were trying to sleep for an early rise next morning for drive home other than that I can’t fault it.

Nice comfortable, spacious room and good spa facilities.

Evening dinner was a limited menu designed for the coach party. Our vegan dinner was unimpressed.

The properly was mostly cheap and cheerful. Pool was good and breakfast had plenty of options.

Room was in need of a deep clean and some updates wouldn’t go amiss.

Friendly, helpful check-in lady. Leisure club pool and Spa pool.

The place is in a state of disrepair. Lackluster, dated, dirty change rooms in leisure center and devoid of atmosphere.

Ha ha ha, can I really say? and it depends on where you stay in the hotel as it is so big. I was out everyday walking and getting to the summit of the big Ben over the road so, early nights and early starts were important but being over the ballroom where there was a live act every night was very noisy. I was so tired, I eventually slept through the noise! 🤣

Restaurant and Bar was good.

Room 10 was very cold, after one night we asked to change the room and we moved in to room 6. There was a problem with booking, I booked a double room and they said that I need to pay extra 10£ per night because I paid only for one person to stay in. For me this is not normal. Anyway we will not come back 100% Swimming pool the same was very cold. They say that will fix it but during our stay 3 nights still didn't.

The heating was so high in the corridor and bedrooms I had an awful headache and terrible sleep im ashmatic so was so uncomfortable We had to open all our windows no way to turn the temperature down . Both taps were running hot water 💧
